My progress has been steady just following you guys on the board. Adding this and that. I really didn't feel like doing legs today, so I piled my family in the SUV and pushed it around my block x2 for a total of .5 mile. Some people laughed and most stared, it gave me energy. I thought I was gonna loose my lunch a few time but I tried to keep my heart rate monitor in the burn fat zone and get a great burn. I hiked my knees to my chest, ran on toes, pushed backwards... Wow what a workout!
