So I'm basically on a cutting/maintenace type eating plan right now and i'm coming up about 500 calories short.
Anyone have a good idea on something I can add with about 500 calories and is low carb?
I know I could just go out and eat a cheeseburger, but I'm looking for a healthier alternative that I could get at a grocery store.
