I don't want to sound like every newbie out there complaining about their chest without trying new things, but I need some help.
I train hard 4X a week...I switch my routine up...BB and DB. Every other part of my body seems to grow except my chest. I have been seeing great results with my current split, except with the obvious.
Would a 5 X 5 customized for chest be a good try? I want to add size and strength. Any thoughts?
