I'm at 225 right now can see like 4 abs idk bf%... I was going to diet and get 'beach' ready to be honest but if I had the results I hoped continuing the diet and entering a local competition in June
The 40 40 20 is a great starting point if you don't know your body yet whether dieting down or bulking up ,if like me your carb sensitive that changes when I am dieting down to mainly protien and very little fats and carbs ,when bulking I am more 30 60 10 etc
