I'm actually just under 5'9", but the small frame really adds to the illusion, i was only 135lbs when I started training, and 238lbs at 12% when I started the diet. According to the calipre test, I'm still at around 7% bf, but I am holding a ton of water

I plan on dropping the EQ two weeks out and the prop a few days before the show
Sounds good. Try doing high rep hypers with your knees slightly bent (knees touching quads not) this should give you the desired effect.needsize said:Thanks for the advice everyone. Nelson, I'll try the good mornings but my back is in rough shape right now, I may have to find an alternate.
Quad, I plan on dropping the EQ at least 2 weeks out, and the prop somewhere around a week out, havent completely decided on when the prop goes
needsize said:I'm pretty happy to be seeing veins in the abs and quads at 4 weeks out, cant wait to see what they look like show day
As for training them, I only do one exercise. I use a steep decline bench. I grab a plate, slowly lower myself down about 1/2 way to where I feel the most resistance, and slowly hold for a slow count of 5 seconds, then go back back up. Thats one rep, do a few sets like that

How many reps do you usually do? And this works your lower abs? I have hell with my lowers. Also, would you have any recomensations for the obliques? Thanks again!

Juice Authority said:Amazing work NS. The difference between week 8 and week 4 is nothing short of phenomenal. Nelson's suggestion on Good mornings work but they hurt like a motherfucker especially at high reps. Where you find the time to work and earn a living? The preparation and training that goes into this contest looks like a full time job.

If the competitors are anything what they were last year, you stand a very good chancee of winning the dvision.
