just wondering i have recently come to buy a 100 capsule pack of 4 Andro Stak from Universal ...... it only has 20mg of 4-andro and 5 of 19-nor
just wondering. i take it in the morning under my tongue..... how much should i take? it says one pill but i read that some other pills have like 50mg 4-andro. Also any insight on how long the boost should last..... and how long before should i take it before a workout session?
