Personally, from experience with past cheats, I'm skeptical that the laws of mathematics hold.
There is 7K cals to 1kg of storage fat. Do you know how much above maintenance you went?
If you went 2300 above maintenance per day, that equates theoretically to 1kg. 4600, 2 kilos. To put on 7 pounds of fat - theoretically u'd have to have consumed 8166.666667 cals above mainteance - I'm hopeful u didn't do that (that be about 1.5 kilos of PB, or 34 slices of pizza)
However, pass binge cheating episodes of similar nature make me believe that the laws of maths do not hold here, and the fat gain is usually far less than the theoretical estimate (perhaps, when your body is drowned in calories unusually, it doesn't absorb them - i notice how I often get diarhoohea in such eposidoes & feel really hot, which could signal your body is burning them off from heat). If maths always applied, I'm sure I would have been a real fat arse when I returned from an 8 week overseas trip last year
As for what you can, just get back on the diet/lifting/cardio. Perhaps drop carbs a bit for a couple of days as your glycogen stores will clearly be full.
