I am total agreement with 2Thick and his ideas on cardio. BUT, I constantly debate with myself about what to consume post cardio. When I do cardio first thing in the am, I will usually wait about 20 mins then consume 1/2c oats and 40g protein, then weight train in the evening with dextrose PW. NOW, I am forced to do cardio after weight training, which I dont like doing as it is, but should I have trouble believing that dextrose would be the best idea for a PW meal, even with the weight training. Im thinking maybe 3/4c oats with 40g protein would be good here. Your thoughts?
