Deadlifts - 335lbs - 5x5 PR
T-Bar Rows - 3 Plates - 1x10, 1x8
Pullups - BW - 2x8 really wide grip
Biceps:
Straight Barbell Curls - 85lbs - 5x5
Preachers - 30 lb dumbells - 2x10
Probably one of the best workouts I've had in a long time. My energy levels were off the wall meaning my carb intake has been up there which makes me really happy considering I have a problem eating lots of food. My previous PR for deads was 325 5x5.
