Changes This Week:

metabolism has caught back up, and we have seen a nice 2+kg drop from last week, so we are pushing food up a smidge to keep recovery up and keep growing through this health phase

reta dosage changed to 750 mcg twice weekly due to further research on positive effects to health markers when done in bigger initial dosages.

You're hitting solid amount of training on this 1 to 2 sets is very strong. @Dr.Dolittle Also. I really like that you're hitting the dual cable laterals. And the dumbbell lateral raises as well.
