i have read a few times of athletes doing a 20 rep squat.
this is supose to be a deadly workout. using a weight you can normally do ten, and ten being very hard, then you mentally and physiclly gut out the next ten.
i know all workouts are different, but how does this compare to the 5 sets of 5?
and can i do this with deadlifts?
how often you do this exercise? 1 time a month?? or more , or less??
