20 Ibs Quickly

I recently went on a crash diet to lose a quick 10 Ibs. It was a success :) BUT soon after I gained it back plus some :mad: . So now I need to lose almost 20 Ibs. What is the average amount of time a person could lose 20 Ibs and it will stay off and it will still be considered a heath weight lost? Please advise.

average, without starving, 10~15 weeks, depending on how much heart you put into it...

It could be done faster, but then it is not average.
 
well everyones different...but for fat loss you want to shoot for 1/2 lb a wk. I would get the book, The Greenwich Diet by Carlon Colker- that should get you off on the right foot.

I agree with this. Anybody who says they only lose 1/2 pound a week is trying half-assed.

You could get shredded alot quicker with drugs. :artist:

you can lose up to 2lbs/wk but the weight that is lost is lean muscle & fat! not a good idea in my book.

If you know what your doing, train hard, and use some weight loss 'aids' than youll get shredded in no time.

And by aids I dont mean supplements i mean drugs.

drugs??? uh yeah... she should get some DNP, take that w/ NYC & ECA and have a bath in yohimburn everyday & take a shitload of clen.

That will get her "shredded in no time"...LOL!!
 
Shit, I didnt even realize that it was a female posting! I was gonna suggest some winni or something like that.

But even if you are natural you can lose more than 1/2 a pound in a week. At this rate it would take her a year.

1 pound a week naturaly and easily. Train/cardio and eat at the right times and it will be easy.
 
you don't need any gear to drop a lot of fat and very little LBM. You need to know what you are doing though and monitor your progress EVERY week, making the adjustments you see fit...

I dropped 50 lbs in 5 months, it was about 48 lbs fat and 2 lbs muscle. No gear.
