2) im starting to run atlest 1 miles a day if not more but if i run to much my legs rub together causing my skin to get raw and it hurts when i run. im runing to lose the weight so that wont happen but thats kinda slowing me down tips would be great!

thanks all!

You are fat......what you need to do is move as much as possible throughout the day. When you run you can rub Vaseline on your inner thighs to cut down on chafing. Take stairs whenever possible, park at the farthest space in the lot and walk, every time you think about it drop and do push-ups, do squats, sit-ups etc. if you go more than an hour in a day without getting your heartrate over 130 for at least 10 minutes you are slacking! Plan your diet and eat nothing else...get cheap frozen dinners and eat 3 of the a day. lift weights and don't eat much except protien. evertime you are bored get up, go outside and walk around the block. Cut the grass with a push mower twice a week. Find a pool and tread water until you are about to drown twice per day. Get off the fucking internet and go work out fatso!

lol just say it like it is medical

Get your diet sorted first bro. There is loads of links on the site to help you out, sample diets, tips, exercise regimes etc etc. Have a browse at the stickys in this forum they are crammed full of info to help you cut weight and get lean.

and in all honesty a perfect diet isnt even required at that point, althought it would be gratly beneficial in the long run. Cut back the calories (NOT TO MUCH) and just move. Get a treadmill and walk for 30-60 minutes each day..eventually you will be able to work this up to maybe a walk/jog, then a jog, then my favorite, HIIT!

woop woop

are stats are similar bro, i am on a 2400 cal diet 60% pro 20% carb 20% fat and i am losing 10lbs a week. But i am also doing cardio and weights x6 days.
Something i would recomend for cardio is boxing gloves and a heavy bag if you have access to one. Hands down best cardio for guys our size, and less damage on the knees and body. I burn a shit load more of cals 30 mins on the heavy bag than i do 1 hour of running, tread mill, or bike. just my 2 cents

alot of great help, also, one thing i'll say... i am very fit, and one thing that helped me get that way... Rowing... machine rowing is a great workout. 10-15 mins on a high setting is all i need.

Woooo.... this is all alot of change all at once, i mean it might take ayear or two before you become perfect with your workout routien and your diet. (wich inspeires me to create a new thread.... "lightbulb")

that is right goal but not very realistic, and you do have to remember that if you make change in steps and you plan it out more, it is more likely that you will stay more consistant with your goals.

And frozen dinners are not the way to go..... they are high in preservatives.... a good rule of thumb is the easier it is to be made the more unhealthy it is.

If i were you, i would start by trying to eliminate all of the unnessasary caliories that you consume, to start with

Donuts, white bread, fast food and 2%milk... i think that was my week 1 diet when i first started.

create a week two diet where you might eliminate some more carbs buy avoiding pasta or trying to eat a 1/2 cup smaller portion or so with your meals.

And then set a week that you want to try anorther goal (mine are good starts but mostly just examples...) and with each goal i incorperate a new workout goal as well.

I hope This info helps you... good luck
