2 "new"(to me) squats...what are they?

Anderson Squats?

Hassock squats?

(yeah ive been reading alot of stuff over at elitefitnesssystems.)

hassock squat is like a box squat but onto a hassock (i guess a box with foam top which will sink in and not be a complete stop)

I always thought that anderson squats where with the bar suspended in chains at the bottom of the lift so there is no eccentric part of the lift....i could be wrong

WSB does "hassock" squats...they call them something else though.
