2 day training split- will this be good.

Ive been training for about 4 years as hard as I can. I hit a plateau about a year ago. Ive been taking any and all advice there is on a great training split to make me gain size that will help me return to size gains. Ive tried many steroids and suppliments and Ive been stuck at a 300 lb bench and a 350 lb squat for as long as I can remember. I keep my reps at about 5-10 wich is low and from what is known is what makes you grow. I started lifting with a bodyweight of around 160. I was nothing but a ribcage. Im about 200 lbs with a 9-12 percent bodyfat now and STUCK. This cant be it !!!! I eat right and sleep plenty.
```This is a 2 day training split someone told me to try. What does anyone think? Got a good training split or advice for me. Im hurting for size.

Squats-------------------incline bench
leg extentions----------flat bench
millitary press-----------bent over DB rows
side laterals--------------cable pull downs
BB curls-------------------cable tri extentions
DB curls-------------------weighted dips
shrugs--------------------seated calf raise
abbs-----------------------standing calf raiseday 1
