Just to quickly introduce myself - 43 years old, done some weight lifting over all those years . Never did steroids though... Had a break for several years (wife etc) and coming back to it now... I've been training for last year and thinking about upgrading a little bit (just to help my aging body). What would you guys recommend as my 1st ever cycle/PCT? I don't want to get huge or anything - just a little help with gains (libido as well ) etc... I'm worried about gyno as my body tends to accumulate fat in very unusual places
