IM 5ft 8" 160lb Been gyming for 1 year solid 3 days a week tried DBOLS twice before just on there own with some but little prolonged gains, i eat well with all the researched meals i am now taking the next step. Still not sure on PCT what it is what it does etc and also how would you rate my cycle?

What's your age? Don't be lazy. Google PCT don't even start a cycle before you know what it is, how it works and have all the PCT supplies on hand.

At 160lbs. and one year of training at 3x a week is called just getting started. You need to train much harder and max out your bodies potential. Then, down the road, you can try a test only 1st cycle.

Get TREN out of your mind for a long time. Sell your AAS and buy some food and supps. Get in the gym and start training hard.
 
Wtf bro? You are not a candidate for any steroid. You are a beginner and need to learn proper training and dieting. Spend a few years developing those first. The fact that you have max db numbers says that your training is severely lacking. You need to work with barbells to build mass and use DBS sparingly for assistance work. Forget about the juice, lets see your training and diet regimen?

Then for pct it's absolutely crucial to front load clomid the first week at like 300 bagillion milligrams hahaha

If you are gonna do gear, which you shouldnt............but if you are gonna do it anyway just run test by itself and save the Tren for your 2nd or 3rd cycle.


Im not the type to rip sombody for wanting to do something to their own body. If you're gonna do it then just do it right at least. And PCT is all over these threads yo udon't need us bashing you about it.

Get yourself some Aromasin or Arimidex from AGguys before you start. Run the test at 500mg. (Even if I tell you to run it at 300mg you're not going to so yeah whatever)

As Nelson stated, hang around and use our search feature at the top of the page to research your particular cycle and PCT. The key to any cycle is having your diet and training dialed in before you start and optimally be at your genetic potential before starting any cycle. With that being said, you should run your test twice a week your dose divided into shots, one on sunday and one on Thursday. Your Tren should be injected EOD (every other day) Tren is a short acting esther and dissipates in your system with 24 hours hence the need to inject more frequently. Again, welcome to Elite Fitness and research your cycle options before starting. If this is your first cycle then I want you to explore the thought of a test / dbol cycle for 10 to 12 weeks for your first go provided your diet and training are in check. Hey :-) i expected to get flamed lol as ive read so many threads already with similar outcomes...My diet is in check and ive run dbols twice before like i said in my post, so this in theory is my 3rd cycle just with more thought, im sorry for saying ive been to the gym for only 1 year, what i should have said was ive been over several years but have been constant for this last 12 months with no skipped days. I do appreciate your comments and have asked my supplier for a PCT to suit which he has for me already to start a few days before my end and to continue after.

I train every M W F and alternate as much as possible the standard i was doing was Back and bi's 8 excercises each 4 sets 12/10/8/6 reps then Chest and Tri's then Legs and Shoulders, i change it up all the time and do full body sessions and also a completely different amount of excercises (10 sets of 10 on the excercises)

My diet which i stick to all the time except weekends is....

Breakfast (6.30am)
• 1 Pint Soya Milk
• 1 Banana
• 1 Multi Vitamin
• Ground Flaxseed 2 T Spoons
• Rolled Oats Red & Green Grapes
• Goji Berries

First Lunch (10am)
• Uncle Bens Rice
• Spinach / Broccoli / Carrot / Apple
• Cherry Tomatoes & Chick Peas
• Kiwi & Brazil Nuts
• 1 Pint Water
• Protein Shake

Second Lunch (1pm)
• Jacket Sweet Potato
• Spinach / Broccoli / Carrot / Apple

You have the diet of a vegetarian. That's minimal protein through beans. Eat actual meat if you want to build muscle. Beef, chicken, fish. You shouldn't even need the protein shakes if you are eating right. Eat 200 grams a day. I was just a bit bigger than you before I got serious around a barbell. Didn't cycle until 175 lbs and prob could have done more natty.

i'm pretty jealous. i've spent literally at least 40 hours researching on elite fitness forums alone trying to learn as much as i could before starting my first cycle and trying to solicit some good advice. good luck sully. i'm getting ready to start my first too.

You are eating a bunch of carbs which is not a bad thing but you need to add protein in with it

You should aim to eat about 200g of protein a day like stated above. If you are doing 5 meals that's 40g per meal

The best protein sources in my opinion are as follows:
1) whole eggs and egg whites
2) Beef or any forms of game meat (ie bison, deer, elk)
3) Fish
4) Chicken
5) Pork and Turkey

You should aim to eat the top 3 in this list as frequently as possible for your protein sources

I might also add that when you cycle you will need to be more committed then you are right now to make anything out of it. By this I mean eating every 2 hours 6 times a day minimum but preferably 8 or more considering you are up at 6:30am. Also you will need to follow your diet strictly on weekends as well and not just weekdays.

You may not consume any form of alcohol while on cycle for 2 reasons. 1 it inhibits your gains and 2 it puts extra stress on the liver in addition to what the steroids will do. Now I know you are thinking, "wait I thought injectables don't put stress on the liver" well that is incorrect. They do put some stress on the liver just no where near as much as orals do.

Also you will need to run the test for 12 weeks and the tren for 10-12 as well since they have long esters attached to them

Finally this is what your pct should look like:
1-18 caber .5mg ed
1-12 aromasin 12.5mg eod
10-15 hcg 1000iu a week
15-18 Clomid 25mg
13-18 Formastanzol 10 pumps daily (5 in am and 5 in pm)
15-18 post cycle unleashed combo
15-18 d-aspartic acid

DO NOT TAKE ANY SHORTCUTS ON THIS PCT

By saying you are mature enough to use steroids you are accepting that you are going to have to spend money on everything needed for the cycle and not just a select few things.
 
You see....when someone says "my diet is in check" that is code for my diet is fucking garbage. It never fails. This is why mother fuckers don't grow!!!! You can train any way you want....you wont grow eating fucking bird food.
Munching out on the weekends is another way of saying I eat like shit. Do you want to grow? Then get your fucking act together.

Its a no-no. its going to sit in your stomach like a fucking brick while you work out. Eat real carbs pre workout like brown rice, sweet potato, oats ect. Yes...a protein shake here is actually a good idea.

^^^ STILL NO MEAT? I'm going to vomit. Post workout there should be a whey shake and some simple carbs. 1 hour later there should be the largest portion of meat you eat all day. With complex carbs. check this out.....if you don't feed your muscles they wont fucking grow...period.

You have NO business using steroids with a god awful diet like this. If you spent a year eating properly and training with proper intensity (which I am doubting you currently do) you would gain 20 fucking pounds...easy. With NO AAS.
 
THANKYOU for the great info i knew most of what you have said but the PCT is a great help! I have kept alot of my diet but have changed certain things for fish chicken and tuna pasta bakes (love it all anyways)

Im meeting my supplier tommorrow to get the PCT in place and i shall take this info with me.

I must say i had butterflies before doing them before my gym sesh today but feel great that ive begun..

Just one last thing....Can i put the test and tren in same shot and do it just with one go?? or is it better to do them seperate, im just thinking of time and less "pokin"

You obviously have no real idea what these hormones you are putting in your body will/can do to you other than possibly build muscle. But you know better than us so you're going to do it anyways. Nothing to combat tren sides, nothing to combat nandrolone gyno. If you get gyno symptoms how will you know if its the test or tren? Different drugs to combat different gyno issues. But i'm sure you're all researched up on that too.

We've already rode the kid man and he didn't really care all that much when we did so whatever. There's no point in you getting all worked up over it. If he took the time to read my post he will know exactly what ancillaries to use an what he needs to do for pct but of he didn't then that's his loss and there's nothing any of us can do.

yeah I know. im not worked up. I could give a shit what this guy does to himself. he has no idea wtf he is doing. be will be another statistic. the only reason I went in depth at all is in the hopes that some other noobs who actually read threads when they actually do research might read some of the info and learn what not to do.

just run the test e at 400mg every week straight thru.
the tren sides are gonna bother the piss out of you. just leave it out or low dose it. a reasonable tren mg goes a long way and sucks if you are sensitive to it.

Hello again, just thought id update on my progress so far…(test cyp 300mg+tren enth 300mg per/w)

Its been a week and ive done 3 of each shot at 0.5ml a go, and already I have seen the difference! Within half hour of taking im in the gym and my sweat is ON! But in a good way..my mood in general is on a high and I always have this confident buzz around me! I seem to smile at nothing just because I feel the need to. As for gains it’s a little early to say as im eating different food now (pastabakes, chicken, loads of eggs, copious amounts of milk and lean beef just to name a few)
In general I feel great and a lot more alert, as normally driving home on an average 45minute journey I usually find myself sleepy until I perk up at the gym…Now im wide eyed always so that’s great.
If I am to mention side effects so far its just sweats after ive taken and at night the sheets get a little damp, but im sleeping solidly through so no problems I would say.
In terms of Weights I haven’t gone up from 40’s flat 37.5 decline 35 incline but I have noticed an extra burst of energy when say lifting 35’s flat I would normally do 6 reps, now I can burst 10-12, but again that could be the extra carbs im eating or the roids.
Nothing else to say really its early days so until next week : -)

I really doubt you have changed you diet so drastically so quickly and you just said it to please us..

What about side effects my man..

If you get acne, high bp, hair loss, gyno how will you know what's causing it and how will you combat it..

You failed to listen to the advise given here and more than likely listened to your supplier (who doesn't give a fuck about you and just made a quick buck)

As far as your cycle goes, I still think it's going to be a huge train wreck. I would advice to drop the Tren, and you could end up with decent or even good cycle, but I know you won't listen. It's Tren-E, so because of the long ester you won't feel yet, what you are feeling now comes slightly from Test and mostly from placebo...
I have no idea how you came up with first cycle like this.( no popping some (fake?) Dbols doesn't count as cycle! ) Your suppliers idea maybe? I can't think of anything worse for first cycle then Tren-E or Tren-H. Once you hit the real side effects of Tren, and if they come unbearable it will take long time before you can get away from them bc. the Enathate ester. Biggest downside of Tren-E is that it can sometimes be like Enathate esterfied madness. Which is the reasoning behind that you should always run Tren-Ace when first time running Tren, just to get to know the drug. Acetate ester clears out of your body very quickly, in my own experience about 24 hours after cessation of use.

This post was not really written for the OP here, since he already demostrated inability to listen, but rather to others who are new to AAS. And people interested in running Tren for first time in general.

I will but what test cyp should i run for another 10 weeks? What mg per week would be best considering my bad start of two weeks tren 300mg two weeks test 300mg.

Bro, there's no shame in realising you're making a mistake, and coming to your senses, it's called living and learning. Especially fact that you're admitting it shows great deal of maturity. You are young and I'm not so old yet that I wouldn't remember what it was like, I used to be pretty impulsive, and stubborn at your age myself, lol! :)
And Btw. Made a huge amount of mistakes, some of which consequences I'm still paying for, and have to live with. So I I'm very happy for your decision, most people that we tell same things fail to understand, and just keep telling them self that they are right and we are saying all the negative things just to keep them from reaching their goals, which couldn't be more far from the truth.

It's great you don't act like that, realised that you were doing it wrong, and want to do this right. This is your health we are talking about here. That's why everyone responded the way we did for running Tren in your first cycle, people in EF actually consider everyones health above everything else, which is one of the biggest reasons I love this site.

Well, back to your cycle. The way I see it there's no reason why you couldn't make this s great cycle, now that you have dropped off Tren (keep it to use in future, when you have done more cycles, and gathered experience with AAS). You ran it just two weeks at 300 mgs wk (if I remember right), so with enanthate half life with using quick calculation it will take aprox. 10-14 days to get Tren level in your blood under 100 mgs, and after that it shouldn't have much effect anymore. After that it will keep fading away with passing weeks. So don't worry about it too much. Only problem is that you didn't have anything to control Prolactin, so there is a slight chance that you might have some issues from Prolactin during or after your cycle (although I doubt it since you didn't run Tren longer, but if you are prone to Progesterone/Prolactin issues there's always a chance). What you definitely have to add to your cycle is some kind of AI (again if I remember right, you didn't use one), this should also help with any possible Prolactin issues. I personally prefer using Aromasin over Adex, and Forma will probably also work with Test only cycle. Here's how I would lay out cycle for you:

1-10 Test Cyp at 300 mgs wk.
You can bump dose up to 400 after week 2, when Tren has faded from your system. You can also bump it again at wk 6 if you feel like it. I wouldn't go over 500 mgs wk though, since it's your first cycle. Learn to listen to what feedback your body gives you and adjust dosing accordingly.

1-10 Aromasin 12.5 mgs E2D-E3D.
If you get side effects from Estrogen, switch to ED dose. Again adjust dose by listening your body, that's something you want to learn to do. Everyone of us is different, so nobody, but you can tell which exact doses that are right for you.

8-9 HCG 2 × 250 IUs wk
10 HCG 2 × 500 IUs wk

11-16 PCT Six weeks. This is not where I'm at my strongest, so hopefully someone else will chime in too. Especially with the dosing, I can't remember most of them. I'm in TRT, so my "PCT" is quite different from the way how you should do it. I would advice to get at least:
Clomid, Aromasin/Adex/Forma-Stanzol, Ostarine, Post cycle, Unleashed, Keto-Burn, and Methyl-EAA or DAA.
This should cover all your bases.

It would be advisable to also take some cycle support supps like N2Guard, and Hcgenerate. You can find examples easily, so I won't list any more stuff.

One more thing. Get blood work done if you have any problems during the cycle, and/or after your PCT. Post the results here and some of bros here will read them, and see that everything is OK. Or if you have some problems best way to find cause, and figure out way to help is reading your bloods.

Since you dropped Tren, running Caber for the whole time won't be necessary. I would still suggest to run it for a while as it will fix any Prolactin issues from your Tren use might have caused.
Run it 4 weeks at 0.5 mgs E3D as soon as you can get your hands on some, and you won't have to worry about Prolactin any more.
