1mg arimidex too much?

OK smart ass you have posted and yet you have not answered with any proof what so ever that estrogen is needed. It is perfectly fine for you to come on here and prove me wrong, I have had discusions with many a bro on this and other boards before and we have exchanged referenced studies and either myself or them talked about the info and in the process learned something. Because I say so does not make it a fact. Back your words up with the facts or shut the hell up, Every time I make a post to give advice to someone I base it off of fact and personal experience. You can do a search with my name and you will see that I all ways give suporting articles to back up my words- Superfrk

Well, that's it! We can lock the post. Superfrk has solved the mystery. If you are age 15-22 and are not taking any anabolic steroids, there is no need for arimidex. Who would have known.

Now that I got the sarcasm off my chest, I wrote SOME estrogen is needed for the growth process to occur. By taking 1mg of arimidex ed with 500mgs of test a week is a little much IMO. I put "IMO" in my original post because there aren't many studies looking at estrogen combined with AS issue.

DRRman, Regular bloodwork would be a great way to monitor your situation. So many people don't do it and should. For someone to come on here and post how much of something is good for you based on how much they took or how much they read they should take is irresponsible. These are just guidelines to start with. Keep us posted on your gains and tell us how the femara works. Grow my friend!

Hehehehe both of you are right. Too much arimidex can lower estrogen which can lessen overall muscle growth from decrease in igf-1 production. But 1mg ed can definately be taken with 500mg sus with no significant difference at all in terms of muscle growth. Note I said muscle growth and not pure bulk weight, as in water retension as well. Even Huck recommends 1mg taken ed when not taking any anabolics if trying to get lean or in this case, stay lean.

Mike is right that Anastrozole lowers IGF-1, I agree with ya bro. I think the main post switch though is will lower levels of estrogen cause a loss in gains while on a cycle. I have still yet to see any proof stateing that it does lower gains. I am quiet familiar with the reseach that deals with armidex lowering IGF-1, I all so know that Fina will raise IGF-1 levels that is why it is a part of most my cycles to conter this effect, Still want him to post a study that states estrogen lowers gains.- Superfrk

I just want to clear something up here, Mike stated.............

What Mike is saying is that lowering estrogen lowers IGF-1 and its not so much from the anastrozole, its from low estrogen levels. Estrogen is a primary feedback for IGF-1 release and one of the main reasons AAS raise IGF levels is because AAS that aromatize increase estrogen and in turn production of IGF-1. Its also the main reason all the cattle implants contain estradiol.

well guys so far so good, my strength has went up a little the past week, im on a low carb diet, and trying to get a lot of protein, although some days its quite hard. I've maintained the same weight and maybe even gotten a little leaner since adding the test and arimidex, my femara arrived today, so im gonna start it tomorrow, what does anyone think of arimidex and femara together? or should i just stick to the femara at 1mg per day and see how it works?
