18, low test

At 18 and 19 my test levels came back 304 and 319. Did power lifting and was always active. Cut the junk food, cut the processed crap, up'ed my sleep to no less than 10 hours a night. After 6 months levels where 600 plus and never dropped lower. Eat real food, get real sleep, move real weight, try not to get too stressed.

I agree totally.. people would be shocked at how much stress and lack of sleep (which is a type of stress) hurts their T levels

also environmental factors like breathing in smoke or drinking bad water will have a huge effect as well. eating hormones in our eggs, meats, etc too.
 
Im serious bro try it out, there's tons of science behind that whole nofap/semen retention thing. I think that was my issue why i had low test at a young age. Im coming off trt and giving that a try i think you should do the same. If you're even the slightest bit curious about it shoot me a private message, forreal

Your body doesn't retain endless amounts of semen, it keeps a fresh load ready to go, you pee out small amounts.

No need to hijack his thread. Residual amounts have been know to be urinated out in high surplus cases. But what typically happens is the sperm is broken down not too dissimilar from a blood cell being broken down. I'd say hormone levels for a male sexually active and motivated are greater than one who is not. But that's just my .02
If you want to post up that stuff creat a new thread and everyone can flock to debate it.
I'd say stick with the basics first. Which is avoid stress, get sleep, eat real non processed food, cut the soda and smoking or other pollutants. My labs nearly doubled in me doing that constantly and I my ex and I would engage sexually 5-10 times a week then.
