I almost lost it today in the gym.. Some ass hole told the owner i was doing tbar rows wiht 8 45 POUND PLATES. Saying i bent the bar, but I did the tbar row with 6 25 POUNDS PLATES. huge fucking difference.. and today he just started at me for 5 minutes.. Im not in the right state of mind and I almost lost it today.

Did legs today. . hit them really hard.. Which wasnt smart! Because there was some flooding where i live and i helped some neighbors and fuuuck my legs were cramping the whole time

Squats build a strong back too so deadlifts aren't necessary, but they do have their place in my opinion. !

I've been extremely motivated in the gym lately. I'm not sure what it is.. I get prs every workout though. And thats the key in bodybuilding, or power lifting. Constant progression..

Yes right now leds helping me cut down to 10% Then I have to put on a lot of muscle, then cut and compete this summer at the NPC teen division in my state
