Not sure if ill train today. relationship shit stressed me out and i didnt fall asleep till 5 am last night. Guess it will just depend on how i feel soon
 
I have to disagree there man everyone says that but I dont see it with me at least
 
I agree with what he is saying, I mean you did say you may not go to the gym now caz of relationship stress he isn't saying it will make u skinny fat just limit you occasionally
 
Thats just one of the reasons I didnt go today.. today is my 10th or 11th day without a single rest day.. My cns needs a day off :p

I almost lost it today in the gym.. Some ass hole told the owner i was doing tbar rows wiht 8 45 POUND PLATES. Saying i bent the bar, but I did the tbar row with 6 25 POUNDS PLATES. huge fucking difference.. and today he just started at me for 5 minutes.. Im not in the right state of mind and I almost lost it today.

I usually have very good anger control. But recently dude ive been shitty. I just stared back at him till he looked away. Im usually fine its just depression and stuff makes me pretty quick to anger.

Squats build a strong back too so deadlifts aren't necessary, but they do have their place in my opinion. !

Keep up the strong workouts, you have some pretty serious shoulder vascularity taking place

Nice to see you chime in bro. I like rackdeadlifts for a strong back, I hate deads from the floor. And just wait bro.. Im the heaviest ive ever been, when I cut this weight my shoulder veins will be out of this world haha

Last exercise was this plateloaded standing machine thing.. Last time I did it I did 1 25 pound plate on each side.. this time.. 45 each side-20x, 3 45s-10x, 4 45s-8x!!

To be honest I dont keep up with pety bullshit like that yet.. Im just trying to get as strong and as much muscle as I can right now.. But I do have abs and veins running through my body, lots in my shoulders/chest/bis/and sometimes quad

Diidnt do to much volume today, but I did hit a huge pr on flat db.. And it was the day after shoulders so im surprised to say the least!

seated latterls only did 15lb dbs kept tension on the latteral head, most people go to fucking heavy on these and have small shoulders. 4 sets

I've been extremely motivated in the gym lately. I'm not sure what it is.. I get prs every workout though. And thats the key in bodybuilding, or power lifting. Constant progression..

The person with big dreams is stronger than the person with all the facts. If you don't love being in the gym and living this lifestyle you won't get anywhere. 9th day in a row heading to the gym, not overtraining, getting stronger every workout. I have determination thats why.

Yes right now leds helping me cut down to 10% Then I have to put on a lot of muscle, then cut and compete this summer at the NPC teen division in my state
