12wk Shred-a-thon

I crushed a three mile run yesterday. I was pumped about it. I have however, hit another sticking point. I this one is simply because I honestly haven't lifted in almost two weeks. BUT my good friend Ryan who seems to be sponsored by everybody, was able to get me a membership at 24hr Fitness. Ryan also asked me to whip him back into shape. That's a win win for me. Dude is super motivated and will challenge me as well. So my schedule will look like this
7:30-1hr run on beach
8:30-practice
1:00-food
1:30-lifting
3:00-practice
6:00-training
10:00-bedtime.

I think we only have eight weeks left. And trust me I'm going to crush those eight weeks. My goal is 4% by march 20.

Also what are we taking pictures with?
 
Hey RickO are you able to get in the weights at all yet? If not how bout body weight stuff?
 
Hey Zed, yeah I've done a couple of workouts, but not what I wanted. I am training non stop till the end of the thing though! Stoked.

So I am looking at this thing, the contest, like I'm in last place. I need to. I need to improve every facet of myself, and if I don't think of it as me loosing well I just might not show up. I'm super duper stoked that I was able to hit the gym today, and later I'll hit the beach for a 4hr training session. So I just busted my ass and I feel great. I'm tired as hell, but I feel great. I'm also going to be doing a video update on Diet, and Supps, along with pictures today! Hopefully that will turn out alright. I just wanted to say in advance thanks for the support, and I'm sorry if I've come off as a jerk lately. Please forgive me.

PS. before the PS should really come.....TGC anabolics are sooooooo damn money. I've literally had not one side to speak of. 300mg of Primo a week and 500 of test and I'm not even up 5 points in blood pressure. HEELLLLLL FREEEAAAKING YEAH!!! I was so worried to try another cycle after my last, but I'm pumped as hell with this stuff. I'll never go anywhere else as long as they're around!

Oh yeah. I'll be starting a Glycogen Depletion workout cycled on 2weeks followed by the current diet for 2 weeks to really shred up. My current cals are around 2400. The glycogen depletion will drop me to about 1600 cals a day. It's 5 days of that followed by a larger refeed. Oats with every meal plus the current Carb refeed that I'm having.

Dude, so I've been on the Primo/Test for like 3 weeks now I think maybe four?....any who I haven't really lifted for 2 of those weeks. Yesterday I went in and did my thing. Didn't think much of it, but I realized that things were going up really quick. Really easily. Like weird easy. Like front squats were way easier than 2 weeks a go, and then when I got to squats....let me preface....I don't squat a ton. I don't. I usually do sets of ten with 135 and I'd struggle. Honest. It's my knees. Yesterday though I was doing butt to floor sets of 20 with the same weight and I was just flying up. I felt awesome, and rest times were almost non existent!!! Biceps looked sooooooo crazy veiny after curls. They have never been this veiny, and again....no rest really ....maybe thirty seconds tops. Seriously TGC stuff is the best. I love Primo. It's perfect for me. Lean Mean, and no side effects!
 
yeah that's why i'm waking up craving cereal in the middle of the night (well that and the deca:evil:). Because your body just gets so used to eating every few hours i wake up like clockwork and down a big ass bowl of honey bunch of oats without even completely waking up lol:chomp: No more of that for me though cause i'll end up 220 by the end of the cycle lmao
 
Yeah I wish I wasn't dieting. I seriously just eat all day...I went through an entire trail mix bag in a day.

This will help ensure that I do not burn through muscle tissue despite a decent sized cut in calories. I hope to be at a solid 6% body fat when I'm done.

Extra three hundred mg of primo makes some serious difference! Woke up and hit the gym, And crushed the shiz out of it.

I wonder if your calories are too low given that you do so much exercise? the vball stuff?? Watch yourself so you don't burn out. I'm not thinking muscle loss but just super low energy, slowed metabolism...you know..the fun stuff. You may want to consider another refeed mid week if you are really dragging. And sorry....I just realized I'm giving you diet advice and that seems ironic but just from what I know from watching guys get stage ready. The game changes when you get so low bf and you are doing a hell of a lot of cardio to be eating approx 1600 calories. See how ya feel anyway.

I'll be doing a bigger refeed on Friday night. I'll be closer to 1800calp. Primo just shines at 600mg especially when on a cal deficit.
 
I would totally agree that 1600 is too little, if I were at a higher body fat percentage. I'm at like 6.5 from 12. I started at 2700 cals. This 1600 isn't permanent. It's a two week glycogen depletion intended on shredding. MUch like the UD2 but modified from the three times I've done it. With a big refeed on Friday. Then two weeks off and back on a maintenance diet. And so on and so on.

I think I ate too much. I got a new trail mix and there is a lot of Fruit. I think I made a mistake cause I have had my hand in that bag all damn day.

But I'm burning a ton of calories so I'm not sure.

Yeah around 6.5-7% I am a lot leaner than those pictures show. Working out for 1.5hrs followed by 3 hours of beach play without any food just kind of flattens you out. There's much more vascularity, striations, and separation in the morning. I can see little spindly fibers on the side of my abs. Got some serious work to do still though.



I have been having problems with my internet but completely had a brain fart that my phone can serve as a hotspot....which it's doing quite wonderfully! So here is yesterday's and todays workouts!

Yeah the cravings I get are down right mean. Like right now Fruity Pebbles Cereal sounds awesome...and earlier the only thing I could think about was Walmart Brand "indulgent trail mix". Somehow....I have managed to skip those and just fat tuna and spinach. I'm going nuts though.

That's cool about the video. I'm going to be making another progress video/supplement video. Will be ordering a whole mess of stuff from needto and orbit. Again thanks for the support...I don't think ill make you karma, but its still appreciated.
 
Time to crush some damn weight! I'm going to hit the legs hard today! I got my proam this saturday and i need some springs so got to give the wheels time to rest. I'll lift and train till wednesday then take thursday and friday off.

Today was perhaps the greatest lifting day of all time for me.

Got to the gym Pretty amped. Knee was feeling good (which is always a good sign). Hit the elliptical for a quick 10min warm up.
Got a great sweat on. I like getting really hot so I workout in full sweats and shorts and t-shirt. Plus I wear all black for a "F**K off" look.

HAHAHAHHA it's like a thing I amp myself up with. I'm a comic book nerd, and Hulk is my favorite. I aint lyin to myself, you got me beat on strength anyday. Mighty Mouse for sure. Well it's just like fasted cardio for me. The whole workout took an hour and twenty min. I was sweatin like a pig. I eat a ton. The only thing I do have on my side is good discipline and knowledge of proper nutrition.

Bader-dood, I want some damn trail mix and German pancakes soooooo damn bad.
Oh well.....I got some Spinach, Eggs, Grapefruit, and Almonds screamin my name.

under an hour and a half is good time for all that... ive been picking up my pace a little, but the tren does slow my cardio a bit, hard to catch my breath...
i will have to look up those supps...
im only on the juice right now... supposed to start the need2slin next week, hoping it gets here soon...
 
I was actually thinking about running the same Tren you are, but I've heard it does kill the cardio. Plus after today's workout, I was feeling good with being able to push through with just the stuff I have. So I've decided to just stick with that, plus the sups. I haven't been on anything except gear cause I ran out of everything else like a week and a half into this. Haven't had the money for anything else.

I've heard some absolutely amazing things about the ULTIMA, you should check it out man. It's a Non Stim Pre workout, that has just an absolute money ingredient profile.
I've Used Alpha t-2 and loved it, and Shift is like the exact same thing but for cheaper......and made by the same company.

JET FUEL PYRO is a thermo, which I love, and also had an excellent ingredient profile.
I'll start taking all of these after the ProAm next saturday.
 
RickO have you considered any kind of mental testing for yourslef? THIS IS FUGGIN INSANE MAN! This is way more then US Army Ranger Training in any given day!
JUST DONT burn yourself out RickO. That is my concern with you bro. And you shoud have some lean beef at least 3x/week. If it were me I would have like....hmmmm.....say maybe 10lbs per sitting?

Mental Testing? Like an IQ test? It's 143.

I don't know man, I just get in a Rhythm and the only rest I get is changing weight. Which is either 20-30 seconds for plates or 2 seconds for a pin adjustment. I just Air drum like a tool, sing to myself, and do work.

I can swim for days. I can't run for shit though man...
