Well I'm going to start a mini glycogen depletion diet. Two weeks on followed by two weeks off. I will be upping my primo dose to 600mg a week instead of three. This will help ensure that I do not burn through muscle tissue despite a decent sized cut in calories.  I hope to be at a solid 6% body fat when I'm done.
