If they are cooked or pasteurised then it is fine.
If not, then you will end up with a possible biotin deficiency which will interfere with protein synthesis and the complete release of food energy.
I eat sometimes 2 cups(approx 13 eggwhites) for 4 meals.....that equals 52 eggwhites in one day..sometimes I would eat that for 5 meals,lol...then I get sick of eggwhites
I scramble and add things like salmon. Also I supplement natual egg whites with liquid whites.
I'm not quite sure why you aren't cooking them, is there a beni?
