I'm not an expert but I have done Get a couple of times.
Pros:
- not going too heavy with 10 rep range so less injury for me.
- for some strange reason I started to drop fat which I can't explain and usually doesn't happen to me unless a planned cut.
- put on some size
Cons:
- really boring work out because repeating same exercise(s) over and over
- have to choose your exercises wisely because you will have very little variety due to focusing on just a couple exercises.
One guy I talked to on a forum swore by it and he was very built and natty.
I could see it dropping fat with only 30sec between sets it would stimulate cardio somewhat . i may give it a couple rounds. Im tired of my 5x5 stronglifts. Ive plateued with it very lil progress in last few weeks
