EF Logger
Hello my EF brothers -

Welcome to my new log! First I’d like to say a huge thankyou @Viper Labs for gifting me the opportunity to log for them!

If you haven’t followed any of my previous logs. I spent majority of my teens and twenties having too much fun and never wanting the party to stop. Towards the end of my twenties I tried to make a change, got sober and got into the gym. Then broke some bones a few times, which lead to me just getting fat and unhappy. Tried to turn my life around again by getting back into the gym, but never making any real progress until I discovered TRT and from that, fell in love with every aspect of this lifestyle. Also, I’d be lying if I didn’t admit that one day I hope to arleast look somewhat like an Adeptus Astartes 🤣

With this log I’m going to be doing a recomp/health phase coming off the back of a big family holiday to the US, in which my wife and I took our kids to the happiest place on earth and proceeded to eat exactly like we were on holiday and I regret nothing. So I’m looking to trim up the fluff put on from our trip and get myself in a healthier and better place, before I do a hard mini-cut to rebound into my next growth phase.

I’ll be training 4 day U/L/Rest/U/L. I wish I could do a 5 day split - however with the nature of my work, I have some pretty physically demanding days/weeks and also I do travel (by car) interstate and back occasionally. This split allows me the ability to recover, but also the flexibility to move my training schedule around to accomodate those big days.

I train in my home gym. With work and family life, this is ideal for me. It’s a decent setup - hack squat/leg press, smith machine/squat rack/pec deck with a dual overhead cable system, unilateral overhead press machine, nautilus adductor/abductor machine, dumbbells, barbell, etc. obviously there are always machines I’d like to add - just gotta wait for them to pop up on marketplace 😅

For cardio I have a treadmill and stationary bike.

Being on the tail end of my 30’s I have had a lot of broken bones and injuries over the years. But the only nagging pains I have at the moment are my elbows. I trained minimally on holiday and dropped HGH completely, to see if it was water retention being the cause. However the pain is still there a touch, so I will attempt to train around them. However, if the pain persists I will introduce BPC and TB.

My daily step goal will be minimum 12.5k, work days I will more than likely go over that.

I have included my weekly anabolic load going forward, including my supplement stack.

I will update on Monday with my starting weight and current physique shots.

Great to see the new log brother, can't wait to see how the training goes ! For the elbows, did water retention in the past hurt your joints in general?
Appreciate it brother!! 🖤
It hadn’t. However, I was reading across the forums that others were experiencing elbow pain and grip issues from the water retention brought on from HGH, that went away when stopping HGH. So I thought my time overseas would be the perfect time to test this theory as I couldn’t take it with me. The pain did dissipate - that could’ve been from not working and minimising my training load though.

😍😍😍😍😍

I love this intro mate and all the well used emojis !! I think I need to take notes lol.

Absolute honour to be supporting your log and can tell it will be amazing 💪

Happy to have you representing the viper team, you are clearly going to do us proud 💯
Appreciate you gifting me this opportunity brother and I hope to do you proud 🙌🏼💪🏽

The emojis were a suggestion from my wife to make my logs a bit more engaging - as my normal writing/texting is very blunt apparently 🤣
