Yeah getting good workouts in at this level.
It's good and bad. I don't need the CPAP but not sure why I'm sleeping a reasonable amount and still sometime struggling to stay awake.Congrats on not needing a CPAP bro. I know how this feels I was relieved to not need one too!
Thanks mate!good work man. plenty of gains to be had on 200mg !
My brother in law insisted on going back for a second study and on the second one he then needed a CPAP.It's good and bad. I don't need the CPAP but not sure why I'm sleeping a reasonable amount and still sometime struggling to stay awake.
bit more volume of a couple of extra excercised would help - maybe some cable pull overs in there and/or single arm pull downs to really concentrate on formFirstly, shoutout to @RegenexPharma for sponsoring this log and just being an all-round legend. Decided to change my routine up to something a little more strength orientated.
Currently have it as Pull, Push, Legs, Rest Upper, Lower, Rest.
May end up dropping it back to 4 days a week and an upper lower split but will see how it goes.
Going to have a big lift on the push, legs, upper and lower days and work in the lower rep range. Bench, deadlift, OHP and squat. Just not sure if I want to risk the standard lifts for some of them given my shoulder and lower back issues in the past. May end up going with DB bench, front squat, RDL's/trap bar deadlift etc. I'll do these lifts in the 5-6 rep range.
Also going to increase volume a bit. I've been doing two work sets and I'm going to up this to three. Will generally keep 1-2 RIR.
Today's pull workout as follows:
Tbar row (kg excl bar)
Warmups, 60x6, 60x6, 60x6
Close grip pulldown (kg)
Warmups, 80x9, 85x8, 85x8
Chest supported row (kg each side)
Warmup, 50x10, 50x10, 50x10
Machine rear delt (lb)
Warmup, 135x12, 135x11, 135x10
Single arm machine preacher curl (kg)
Warmup, 30x12, 30x10, 30x8
