Much much better week this week, last week was a bit rough. But we’re back on track and making gains

Feeling so motivated to train. I wish I could do it everyday but rest is needed. Had a bit of a cheat meal this week, lots of sushi 🍣 straight into my muscles

Been a bit ill over the last 2 days. Cough making it hard to sleep but I think it’s towards the end of it. Training sessions have been pretty good though!

Mixing it up by training in the day and at night. Feels like a whole different environment with all new people. I go to two different gyms, one of them doesn’t have the best leg equipment but has everything else you could ever want

loving every second of it!
