First of all I just want to give a big shout out to @IronHQ for offering his generous sponsorship and support towards my competitive bodybuilding aspirations. Has always been my go to supplier for all peptide and HGH requirements. Have been working with @Coach R. AP since the 17/01/26. We successfully completed my first ever cut phase on the 19/05/26 where I hit my target of single digits bodyfat finishing up at 8.6%

We have since moved into the reverse diet stage as of 2 weeks ago where calories have been slowly raised in weekly increments of 200 solely from carbs. The plan is to continue riding the food wave for now as we gradually taper up the calories, avoiding excess fat spillover while increasing muscle fullness, glycogen retention and strength. Once we’ve reached a point where coach is satisfied which is projected to be in the next upcoming weeks. We will commence the switch and launch straight into a build phase where we’ll look to add a significant quantity of lean mass to my frame.

Upon completion of the build phase period we move straight into comp prep where I’ll be targeting Season A 2027 in the Classic Physique division as a True Novice.

Been a fantastic week in terms of overall well being, energy and training. It marks the first week since the cut where since my last check in I reached 100% recovery. Gaining fullness and size steadily while maintaining conditioning. Intensity in the gym is only getting higher and strength is not quite there yet but it’s improving slowly. Mild night sweats was experiencing from the reverse seemed to have completely ceased now. Which puts me in a solid position and means my body is almost ready for the build phase

Maintain discipline to meal plan and diet, try get more cardio in to maintain insulin sensitivity as calories continue to rise. Increase training output and intensity in sessions. Stay focused and dialled in as the build phase approaches to finish the last few weeks of the reverse strong.

Went abit crazy with my off the plan meal eating in a surplus and consuming excess calories/carbs night before 😂. So a fair bit of bloating and water retention present, jumped up almost 2kg overnight in these shots lol. Ignore the current conditioning but the mass is on display at least. Will be much tighter next week’s update for these 👌🏾

✍️ WEEKLY CHECK-IN 27/06/26 with @Coach R. AP

Now that recovery is completely maximised I’ve been able to really start pushing intensity in my training sessions again. Plenty of energy across the board even on the days where lack of sleep is present due to being on shift and I still have mild fatigue. The ability to power through my sessions has not taken a hit and strength is still moving in an upwards direction. This is prevalent through my workout logs where I’ve noticed getting an extra 1-2 reps on certain exercises. Bumped my HGH from @IronHQ up to 6iu this week with no noticeable side effects which is a plus, very high quality growth from months of running it and everything I’ve seen in my own physiology. Being on 3000 cals now and 5+ weeks into the reverse is starting to make a significant impact on overall progression. Weight is still holding stable at the 82kg range this week with minimal spillover present based visually. Body is definitely feeling like it’s in a fantastic spot to kick the build phase off in 2 weeks. Physically and mentally everything is on point and I’m definitely ready to really add some real size to my frame

💪 PUMPS AND STIMULUS

Pumps and stimulus has been to a very high degree. I’ve noticed more of an increase in this throughout every session this week. Improved mind muscle connection, contraction and incredible pumps starting to appear in all my workouts.

Continue a strict adherence to my reverse diet nutritional program, maintain insulin sensitivity and Improve sleep quality and recovery protocols. Start incorporating additional anabolics (NPP) and peptides (SS31) into my PED schedule.

This is prevalent through my workout logs where I’ve noticed getting an extra 1-2 reps on certain exercises. Bumped my HGH from @IronHQ up to 6iu this week with no noticeable side effects which is a plus, very high quality growth from months of running it and everything I’ve seen in my own physiology. Being on 3000 cals now and 5+ weeks into the reverse is starting to make a significant impact on overall progression. Weight is still holding stable at the 82kg range this week with minimal spillover present based visually. Body is definitely feeling like it’s in a fantastic spot to kick the build phase off in 2 weeks. Physically and mentally everything is on point and I’m definitely ready to really add some real size to my frame

💪 PUMPS AND STIMULUS

Pumps and stimulus has been to a very high degree. I’ve noticed more of an increase in this throughout every session this week. Improved mind muscle connection, contraction and incredible pumps starting to appear in all my workouts.

Continue a strict adherence to my reverse diet nutritional program, maintain insulin sensitivity and Improve sleep quality and recovery protocols. Start incorporating additional anabolics (NPP) and peptides (SS31) into my PED schedule.

Im honestly not sure if I’m still sitting at 8% tbh but I’ll take it 😂. I’m up 6kg+ in 5 weeks since the start of the rebound phase. Overall @Coach R. AP and myself are very satisfied with conditioning still maintained on the reverse diet though 💪🔥

It’s been a great week to kick off the build phase. All the extra food volume with the 500 cal bump along with a much higher carb intake has increased gym performance and muscle fullness significantly. Energy has never been higher and I’ve been able to really start cranking up the intensity in my training sessions for the goal of starting to put more size on. The only minor setback that’s occurred this week is I had 2 consecutive days of eating outside the plan and going into a calorie surplus. I’ve noticed there is a high increased risk of rapid weight gain and “spilling over” during this period. With Reta now decreased to 1mg and a greater consumption of food intake, I need to be very mindful of consuming excess calories above my daily limit and off the plan eating to minimise gaining bodyfat at an uncontrolled rate. I want to keep it dialed in and tight throughout the entire build phase and this is only going to be achieved through complete discipline. Other than that, strength is trending upwards and the new addition of fast acting insulin into my PED protocol has been an incredible experience

💪 PUMPS AND STIMULUS

Since the added increases in cals, carbs + addition of insulin on top. Pumps and stimulus have been phenomenal across the board. Every single session has been a standout in terms of progression since the cut. The mind muscle connection paired with exceptional contractions is very noticeable now and will serve me well for the main goal of gaining mass

Avoid spilling over again and maintain a high level of discipline to the meal plan. Stay focused on the task at hand and remember the importance of keeping insulin sensitivity high during this entire build phase. Continue to raise intensity and progressively overload in training sessions

Thanks brother but unfortunately did spill over abit last week that I’m trying to reign in at the moment. Obviously a lot of glycogen and water retention but jumping 5kg in a week is not the rate of weight gain I’m chasing 😂👌

It’s been a great week to kick off the build phase. All the extra food volume with the 500 cal bump along with a much higher carb intake has increased gym performance and muscle fullness significantly. Energy has never been higher and I’ve been able to really start cranking up the intensity in my training sessions for the goal of starting to put more size on. The only minor setback that’s occurred this week is I had 2 consecutive days of eating outside the plan and going into a calorie surplus. I’ve noticed there is a high increased risk of rapid weight gain and “spilling over” during this period. With Reta now decreased to 1mg and a greater consumption of food intake, I need to be very mindful of consuming excess calories above my daily limit and off the plan eating to minimise gaining bodyfat at an uncontrolled rate. I want to keep it dialed in and tight throughout the entire build phase and this is only going to be achieved through complete discipline. He was the same like you bro, he wasnt prepping just for a show, he was genuinely prepping for the win.

And he did, the mfer took top place.

Bro when he posted the stage shots it was fucking lights out, i didnt even need to read the update to know that killer wiped the fucking floor with that line up. It was almost unfair lol. But they all had the same time available to prepare and he just made sure he didnt waste a single second of it.

The way in I’m approaching this comp is with a complete locked in mindset like I’m already a pro competitor. I know the amount of discipline and relentless work ethic I need to bring to be a competitive bodybuilder. I am not stepping onto the scene with plans just to win a single true novice show either… I want to go after it all. But it starts with me making a big impact in April first and I really want to make my presence known. I’m not rushing anything either, ideally this build phase I’ll start to test out where my genetic ceiling is in terms of growth. That’s the exciting part, nobody knows including me. But I’m adamant I’m not even close to the size and mass I’m starting to unlock. Shit’s about to get wild brother and I appreciate you following my log and backing me in. Not incorporating the long acting insulin just yet brother but NPP has gone straight into the stack now 👌. Very conservative low dose of 70mg week to start with along with 180mg of EQ as the AI with higher test at 700mg. The NPP and EQ doses will most likely titrate up pending follow up bloodwork results in a month from now. I prefer to have test HIGH and to do most of the heavy leg work during a build phase as the safest and well tolerated all around compound 🔥🔨

I’ll let you know how it goes brother! Last time I ran Deca was over 10 years ago on my first cycle when I had no idea what I was doing 😂. Energy levels have been at a very high level even with the added fatigue from long hours at work and at times dealing with lack of sleep. This week I have noticed a further increase in strength and ability to drive intensity harder in training sessions without to much fatigue. Been throwing in alot of rest pauses and other intensifiers to really start to crank things up more as I look to accumulate more lean mass. The night sweats I was experiencing have ceased over the last few days but I’ll continue to monitor it. Will continue to target progressively overloading throughout my sessions. No side effects or gastrointestinal issues with the 2mg of Reta I’m currently running. The inclusion of slin since last week has been an incredible compound to have in the stack and I’ve noticed how highly effective it during my training sessions. Bringing low dose slu at 10mg pre workout should also be a very effective tool for maintaining insulin sensitivity and minimising bodyfat gain, I also like it for the extra boost of energy and it provides during intense workouts

Energy levels have been at a very high level even with the added fatigue from long hours at work and at times dealing with lack of sleep. This week I have noticed a further increase in strength and ability to drive intensity harder in training sessions without to much fatigue. Been throwing in alot of rest pauses and other intensifiers to really start to crank things up more as I look to accumulate more lean mass. The night sweats I was experiencing have ceased over the last few days but I’ll continue to monitor it. Will continue to target progressively overloading throughout my sessions. No side effects or gastrointestinal issues with the 2mg of Reta I’m currently running. The inclusion of slin since last week has been an incredible compound to have in the stack and I’ve noticed how highly effective it during my training sessions. Bringing low dose slu at 10mg pre workout should also be a very effective tool for maintaining insulin sensitivity and minimising bodyfat gain, I also like it for the extra boost of energy and it provides during intense workouts

💪 PUMPS AND STIMULUS

Pumps and stimulus was excellent across the board throughout all workouts. Slin’s inclusion since last week has kicked it up another gear. I’m finding that the mind muscle connection and contractions are getting more dialed in and stronger as well
