The retatrutide is such an effective peptide. I'm struggling to eat all my calories and hit my macros because I don't get hungry. I need to set an alarm to remind myself to eat. This probably isn't the desired outcome, but for someone who has always had a snacking or food addiction, it feels nice not to think about food all the time.

Today, my wife and I managed to have the day off together, so we decided to have a date day with a gym session. We were both a little unwell last night so we didn't push ourselves too hard.

At the end of the workout, my nephew asked me how long it would take to get as big as me. That felt nice as I don't consider myself big at all yet haha.

Clenbuterol
I have also purchased some Clen from @Raptor Labs to help with getting my body fat % down. I'll be using it in 2 week on-off cycles starting at 20mcg and slowly titrating up to 80mcg before coming off again. I've heard this is the best way to use it. I'll only be titrating up if the sides are handled well and my resting heart rate doesn't escalate too high.

Recently started taking HGH before bed, and already my sleep has gotten much better. I'm falling asleep faster, and I seem to be waking up feeling well rested. Will continue to monitor.
Very excited to receive my first lot of blood results this cycle. Keen to see how my health markers are tracking and if I need to implement or adjust anything moving forward.

Felt strong, hit a PB with Supine Press being able to press 84.5kg each arm (wish I could press that much weight with dumbbells).
FitLittleLady and I made up our own routine as we went along, we wanted to focus on shoulders today as who doesn't love big capped shoulders. We did 2 supersets to keep things moving along.
