The retatrutide is such an effective peptide. I'm struggling to eat all my calories and hit my macros because I don't get hungry. I need to set an alarm to remind myself to eat. This probably isn't the desired outcome, but for someone who has always had a snacking or food addiction, it feels nice not to think about food all the time.

Double Log - Missed Log

25th April - Upper Body

My 14 year old nephew came and stayed with me for the weekend and mentioned he wanted to go to the gym. I was very excited to show him how great the gym could be and thought I'd do a stereotypical gym routine that a 14 year old might think about.

At the end of the workout, my nephew asked me how long it would take to get as big as me. That felt nice as I don't consider myself big at all yet haha.

I'll be using it in 2 week on-off cycles starting at 20mcg and slowly titrating up to 80mcg before coming off again. I've heard this is the best way to use it. I'll only be titrating up if the sides are handled well and my resting heart rate doesn't escalate too high.

Today was the first day that I tried both Mots-C and Clen. I had both first thing in the morning; I was bouncing around the house the whole time. I'm excited to see how I feel and how my body handles both as time goes on.

I received my blood tests back after using test for 6 weeks and my results were confusing if anything. I did find that the young lady that took my bloods wasn't 100% sure on what to enter my testosterone tests in the computer system as. So I'm thinking it might have been a user error. I am off to get more bloods done tomorrow from a different pathology company altogether so I can deduce whether it was a user error or something else going on. I'll share those bloods when they come in.

Recently started taking HGH before bed, and already my sleep has gotten much better. I'm falling asleep faster, and I seem to be waking up feeling well rested. Will continue to monitor.

Very excited to receive my first lot of blood results this cycle. Keen to see how my health markers are tracking and if I need to implement or adjust anything moving forward.
Done my first stair session this morning after a legs session.
It was absolutely brutal haha

1st May Upper Body Workout

Felt strong, hit a PB with Supine Press being able to press 84.5kg each arm (wish I could press that much weight with dumbbells 😅).
FitLittleLady and I made up our own routine as we went along, we wanted to focus on shoulders today as who doesn't love big capped shoulders. We did 2 supersets to keep things moving along.

Notes
I've been really enjoying my stack, I think it is very complementary to what my goals are. My weight has started to drop again, which is nice (although scale weight doesn't mean too much to me). My body is looking tighter, more masculine, and muscular. My wife is constantly giving me compliments and touching my shoulders, so that's all a man needs haha.
