I upped my test dose to 100mg a day /700mg per week and itโs been 7-8 weeks to raise my e2 up to 105pmol/l ,Iโm now on 350 mg per week and feeling a lot better

That was plan B, but I had plenty of test e so went with that.Low e2 is the worst feeling hate it
If you keep some test p on hand i found it helps pretty quickly to bring it back up again

Morning weight - 106.1kg ,Iโve got a Hume body scanner and it has my body fat tracking down, not sure how accurate it is.
Training in the home gym today, another good session, followed by cardio ,steps high as always.
Food - protein and more protein ,fruit ,veg , rice and potatoโs ,with Reta in the mix mg diet is on point , same foods ,viewed as fuel ,no matter what day it is

Sleep - full deep sleep is back, 3+ hours of deep sleep on an average of 8+ hrs total sleep ,thank christ, low e2 ruined it so Iโm happy to have good sleep back

Your Pre workout is low in fat & sufficiently high in high glycaemic carb index to get a good INSULIN spike from your HGH,
Which will trigger the conversion of your exogenously administered HGH to IGF1.
Dextrose or Maltodextrin are really good & cheap (get them from a Brewery supplier)
carb sources to help fuel your Workout & aid in Anabolism & Recovery.
Most ideally take 50g of Dextrose or Maltodextrin mixed in with Electrolytes & Eea's.

I started on t3/t4 when I was onboarding for TRT, my TSH was high, all my thyroid labs were out of whack, but now all perfect ,my poor daughter had a TSH 480 @10 yrs old, poor kid was cooked, but fully corrected now, thanks to our good family doctor.Loving this log brother
I like that you are on top of your low TSH levels.
Not too many people who take AAS & HGH are.
Most don't realise that taking AAS & HGH at doses that bodybuilders use will most likely lower their TSH.
We take AAS & HGH to get our levels of these Hormones in the body up to many times higher than what they are supposed to be.
We do this so that we can gain much more muscle & strength than what would normally be able to be achieved naturally.
Thyroid hormone is not merely a stimulant but is crucial for regulation of satellite cells to properly transition from proliferation to differentiation to repair skeletal muscle for muscle recovery & for muscle growth.
Low levels of Thyroid also mean a slower metabolism which can impair the rate at which fat can be lost & also impact the rate at which food can turnover & subsequent muscle growth & recovery can occur.
Bodybuilders should realise that Thyroid is just another part of the equation to taking High amounts of HGH & AAS for higher than normal rates of strength & muscle growth to occur.
Insulin is of course another crucial part of the equation & is in fact the most Anabolic hormone in the body.
Thyroid should to be at high normal levels to slightly higher than normal levels for muscle growth & fat loss to be optimal.
