Took my first shot of @RRR peptides tirzepatide 2.5mg last night. Was using a different brand previously. Tirz for me absolutely crushes my appetite and food noise, I will update my feeling/appetite in the coming days, but everything looks the goods!

@Worop Yes, of course you have improvements to be made. But I'll be honest with you you have an excellent base to work with. I think adding more lean muscle mass and losing some body fat will go a long way to getting you where you want.

Yeah test prop has always just felt best for me, i have no issues injecting daily or EOD. @Sydney City supplements has made me some test p 150 which im super excited about!

Not a bad 3 day split on this between Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. @Worop You can definitely get in some good training doing this type of split routine. Looks like you hammered the crap out of the pulling split.

@RRR peptides Tirz still sitting at 5mg per week and i feel no need to up it. Very strong stuff and will try to ride the wave as long as possible.

Most of my meals are either sushi rice/jasmin rice with beef mince/chicken breast. Occasional fishbowl every week too. Also basically love basic bitch iced lattes daily.
