Today was arms day:

4 sets heavy triceps pushdowns until failure last set was only 6 reps.
4 sets behind the head with rope, extensions towards ceiling until failure.
4 sets single rope grip cable pushdowns each arm until failure.
4 sets single grip handle cable reverse triceps extensions until failure.
4 sets alternating seated dumbbell curls until failure.
4 sets standing hammer curls with triceps rope until failure
4 sets preacher curls with EZ curl bar until failure.

Eats:
2 cups coffee

Protein shakes are 50 grams two 25 gram scoops. I have one shake after my session and another a @ 4 hours later with my snack. I eat 6 eggs every morning after my workouts. 3.5 dozen eggs a week. I have not tried egg protein powder as of yet.
 
I love seeing these early training times. It is what separates us from people that say they "don't have time" to workout and meal prep.
I get up @ 5:30 - 6:00 AM. I figured just slam a couple of cups of joe and get it over with. It's better than thinking about how It's already 1 pm and I still have to work out some time today. Get it out of the way and I don't have to think about it.

7:30 AM
Laid down on bench facing the ceiling with feet towards cable machine. Did side lateral raises with crossed cables from that position. 4 sets until failure. Really isolates the shoulders.
4 sets standing front lateral raises until failure
4 sets reverse cable flys until failure
4 sets barbell military presses until failure.
Traps:
4 sets barbell front close grip shrugs until failure
4 sets side dumbbell shrugs until failure.

40 Minutes total

Eats:

I was trying use stevia sweetener. It just sucks ass. I just can't deal with the weird diet aftertaste. So my old lady brought home some Splenda and it tastes way better. And like Stevia ita doesn't spike blood sugar or raise A1C. So I'm going to go with that crap for a while.

stevia you dont like it? I thought it was fine but you should try monk fruit, you it , monk fruit goes no after taste bro

failure training is legit with the diet today , i like the lay down cables myself :)

Always a 50 grams protein or 48 grams depending on the brand. Always two scoops and most of the time 2 shakes a day. One after my workout and the other later on in the day for a snack.
 
Going from 2.5 mg of Tirzepatide after 4 weeks to 5 mg a week. Also on 300 mcg Ipamorelin before bed. Will update on 5 mg effects. 2.5 has some noticable effects on appetite, getting full quicker and some noticable fat loss. Probably from eating less. Workout are the same intake has changed.
You feeling fine on the doses already?
 
You don't want to overdo it on some of these anti-diabetes medications.
They have been found to cause side effects, sometimes long, and intermediate term.
 
Less is definitely better on these different drugs. Especially things that suppress appetite.
Make sure you're also time, restricted eating. That will help.
 
Seems like you're doing high-intensity training and you're handling your business in and out.
That works good for people especially who are very busy and they don't have time to train for an hour.
 
I'm looking forward to seeing what happens when the gear fully kicks in.
You should notice some tightening on the tbol, its good mild oral steroid.

As far as the food, I like it a lot. Scrambled eggs is my favorite and I love the strawberries and banana. That's good vitamins.
 
I don't really feel anything yet. I'm feeling like muscle might be getting a little harder. But it's only my second week in. I was going to run the Test @ 250 mg but decided to go with 300 to make it 500 mg a week of the Test/Mast combo.
It will take a bit of time to feel it but you boosted the masteron to 500mgs? or did I misread
 
You misread bro. It's 500 mg total 300 mg Test + 200 mg Mast. = 500 + 50 mg a day Turanibol.
Thats not bad, but I would keep masteron at 100mgs if you're cool with that, a bit too much masteron for you imo
50mgs tbol make sure you got strong organ liver support like n2guard bro :)

Also started Ipamorelin @ 300 mcg before bed.

I toss and turn a lot during the night. I was thinking Ipamorelin makes you sleep better. At least it worked like that the last time I ran it.

@Dogbreath I understand. I was using nutrozol 677 prebed before it was banned, but you should also try valerian root, that stuff is magic prebed.

masteron will dry you out for sure but its also your dedication and training bro :)

Lots of good updates. The past couple days. I'm trying to catch up But you're looking really good, man. I like the training Style.
 
Yes, certain peptides will definitely help you sleep.
Make sure you buy them from approved sources though.
 
You can try some herbals things like Gaba will also relax you before bed.
There's some good teas as well.
 
Try wearing some blue blocker glasses before bed.
That will help. Relax your brain. So it doesn't see the blue light.
 
Make sure you're staying away from the devices, close to bedtime.
Try and avoid things like TV and electronics.
 
Nice job doing the chest and your back.
The four set strategy works really well that definitely will help condition the body.

The 4 sets until failure isn't that bad. The last set is the weakest of all. It's the least amount of reps. And the failure, is just until I get stuck and can't do the full rep. Usually I get stuck half way up on the last rep. Rest a minute and do it again.

Then everyday afterwards you get your appetite back a little more until the next injection. Then it starts over with no appetite again. Stuff works lost 16 lbs in 5 weeks. Its crazy because you see food, but it doesn't entice you. There is no difference between looking at a burger and a brick. You don't crave sugary junk. You get full a lot quicker when eating.

food is clean you under control and with Tirzepatide appetite is gone for sure. It really helps guys with dieting and cravings. Legit Glp-1 peptides work. I think you're lean enough, you can even cut the dose a bit.

He responded with take Tirzepatide, Take gear, under eat and over train. Food is overrated and throwing in some Clen once the Tirzepatide does it's thing. This guy apparently only eats one decent sized meal at night. And does not take protein powder. Thinks it's a waste of money.

There is this guy on Tik Tok. He's an influencer/ personal trainer guy. So he was doing a live. I asked him what the get ripped recipe was. He responded with take Tirzepatide, Take gear, under eat and over train. Food is overrated and throwing in some Clen once the Tirzepatide does it's thing. This guy apparently only eats one decent sized meal at night. And does not take protein powder. Thinks it's a waste of money.
i hate 99% of social media influencers, wish they would man up and work a real job like the rest of us and stop being lazy asses lol. i'm being facetious but i do agree with most of what he is saying. essentially he is fasting/following OMAD and time restricted eating and using gear. it isn't a bad strategy, my only issue is the use of anti diabetes drugs and clen, both of which do come with intermediate and long term risks/sides. i would say besides those 2 compounds following what he is saying would work well if you want to get lean and ripped. i do agree with him on protein powder being a waste. that has been one of the biggest grifts in bodybuilding since the 80's. 2.5M yeras of human evolution and in all those years we never need protein powder,. Joe Weider starts a supplement company in the 80's that specializes in protein powder and pushes it in bodybuilding magazines and has his athletes paid to push it like crazy, and now we suddenly need protein powder or we will die lol. its a huge grift just like coffee, sports drinks, and electrolyte drinks.

4 sets standing cable flys until failure
4 sets incline dumbbell press until failure
4 sets palms in seated flys towards ceiling with cables for upper chest until failure.
Back:
4 sets seated rows until failure
4 sets seated lat pulldowns until failure
4 set standing straight arm pushdowns until really good burn.
Eats:
Protein shake #1 50 g
6 eggs
1 baked shredded chicken breast
Strawberry banana smoothie
1 Oikos Greek yogurt triple zero
4 chicken enchiladas in corn tortillas with cheese and enchilada sauce.
