I am sorry to hear that bro. My back was jacked for a little while too from DLing. I have been doing body weight hyper extensions for sets of 15 twice a week. My low back has never felt better. There is something therapeutic about those hypers. I am pulling from the floor this week from the first time in a while. I am actually excited.
