    costco is 40 bucks for a membership and you get 2 memberships basically. it is a bodybuilders best friend. cutler, coleman, all the big boys shop there.
    also make salmon your best friend.
    if you have a costco near you pick up some alaskan salmon burgers.
    salmon is really low in mercury and you can eat it everyday.
    i personally eat it everyday.

    omega has also helped me a shitload with diet.
    if you have the money i would sign up for his project asap.

    i did awhile back, and the knowledge i have learned is downright awesome.

    maybe some Tren in the mix instead of primo.

    Oh, you can get differant types, the first basic ones that were just a ball, then the more you pay the more you get, mine has lights, more lights come on the faster it is going, a screen to tell you how many reps per min and other functions like 60 second timer to see how fast you can get it going in 60 secs...

    Did you ever notice any forearm or grip improvements from using it?
