Training hardcore for 10 months, after 4-5 years of f*ing around
Diet is at 3500 calories per day. Monitoring this with an App called MyFitnessPal.
-Carbs = ~50%
-Fat = ~25%
-Protein = ~25%
Currently on my first cycle, week 5 (of 14)
-Sustanon250, 500mg p.w (Mon & Thu) - 12 weeks
-Deca100, 200mg p.w (Mon & Thu) - 10 weeks
Working on increasing my food intake to 4000 calories, and up from there with the assistance of a nutritionist. I have a champion bodybuilder doing my training programs. I am however not happy with the Steroid advice I am getting.
******* For starters I know NOW that the Deca in my 1st cycle is a mistake, but I will finish it off as it is only 200mg p.w.
As a PCT I was recommended Proviron, which I NOW know is also a steroid, useless as PCT. After researching it seems that the winning combo is:
-Forma Stanzol (good after Deca) and is an Ai
-Post Cycle
-Unleashed
-HCGenaround (durning cycle, week 7)
So, please can you assist considering where I am right now.
I know that it takes time and maybe I am impatient for not eating & training hardcore for longer, but it is what it is.
I'd like to finish this cycle, finish a solid PCT and move onto another cycle.
