Hey man, I have recently been very lazy. I used to be able to go to the gym twice a day, four to five days a week and I still had plenty of energy left over. After a job change, home change, and girlfriend change It feels like I have no energy or motication. I barely been able to make it to the gym once a week, and I have gained over 20 lbs in three months. I use all the excuses, like it hot, or maybe tomorrow, but I don't have the mental power to make it to the gym. I take animal pak, animal omega, animal flex, and at times animal cuts.. but I was just wondering if you knew of any supplements that will help get me the motivation I need to get back into it?
