Ive been reading five site forums fir about 3 years now. and ready. I dont think im ready, i am. History time:
I was really fat younger years. 240 lbs when i was 13yo. Got into highdchool and said "ths isn'tgonna work" tried the lazy approach with An abtronic belt from tv. got smart fast and said wtf. Did my homework. Realized my diet was a major issue. So i Changed everything i took in to the aykins diet, then modified again to a ketodiet. when i got down to a 160lbs, i said time to work out. So i started working out at 15, realized i was lazy again and seroisly started when i was 17. Got down to 140, realized i was doing to much cardio. I was too focused on being slim, not muscular. changed it up again to do high reps at low weight and graduateto low repswith high weight, each workout. I stillkeep a low carb,high protein diet because unfortunately im an ectomorph body type.
Now im 25, 5'8.5 170lbs, 9%bf. but i can'tpush my body anymore. Tried otc supps, i eat like a beast. Seriously, 7 egg breakfast with chick breast, protein shake brunch, 2 chicken breast lunch with avocado, 2 bannanas and toast, protein shake to drink forn second lunch , dinner is red meat with sweet potstoes, brown rice and eggs, then my night cap is another shake. I drink milkall day and a gallon of water everyday. oh, and i snack on grape or cherry tomatoes all day. Well, not all day, but when im hungry. Religiously, minus the actual holiday day, i stickto this. I don'tdrink except one a month, i sleep 8hours and i have never touched drugs. At all.
So im ready. Im going to do a 10 week cycle of tren e and test e. Week 1-10 test e 250 ew Week 1-8 tren e 250 ew Week 11-16 PCT pes erase 50/50/50/25/25/25 Week 13-16 PCT clomid 40/40/20/20
I have a coupe quartos i want specific opinions.on that, unfortunately, no one online gas asked and, if they had, I'm not typing in the right search words. Lol
?#1 Pes erase can be run during cycle i know, but can it be IN PLACEof caber/armidex?
?#2 Because tren and test fight fir thesamespace (receptors) by keeping them in equal proportions, is it effective? I DO NOT want to takemore test then tren, being an ectomorph i could retain more water. However, being my first cycle, i don't want to take high volumes of tren. (and yes, i know ace would be better, but i want to kerp this discreet and my partner staysathome,soless pinning is key. Oh yeah, and money. Lol)
?#3 How much cardio should i continue? Currently i run 4 days a week, 30minute sprint/jog/sprints.
?#4 should, or could, i run a colon cleanse to help with extra water retention? Before or during? MY MAIN GOALIS GAININGLEAN MUSCLE, CUTTING UP ANDKEEPING MY BF% LOW. Tiny waist, big everywhere else.
