Haven't been to the gym in a couple years. Had two kids and now I lost it. I use to be able to hit the gym for a week or 2 and be hooked again. It's not working anymore. Have 2 cycles under the belt. I am going to go get blood work next week. Any advice on getting back into the swing of things...

I honestly eat all kinds of stuff for breakfast. It could be ground beef with broc and brown rice. You can hard boil the eggs. But the only time I get good breakfasts is the weekends when I don't work. During the week I drink my egg whites and eat oatmeal or rice cakes.

You can buy a forearm wrap that keeps the tendon from being over used. And take some anti inflammatory and ice it. Try to go get a deep tissues massage also.

I would run it minimum 12 weeks to see full benefit from test e it's a long ester. And I would do 2 shots per week. 250/250.

I would go minimum 12 wk also. I mean your shutting Down anyway. 2 weeks won't kill you to try to bounce back. You'll benefit from those 2 extra weeks.
