It's not a full developed ball. I just have like a donut in my nipple. But only on one side. Maybe it's not gyno? Anyone have this before ?

I didn't know you were off cycle. I would just go with a serm then. Tamoxifen is my go to. I started to get a small lump under my left nipple about 20 weeks into my cycle. It's gone down in size. I'm startong pct next week.

Gyno is really interesting in that it doesn't always develop on both sides equally. I have seen lots of people only get gyno on one side of their body.
You can naturally get gyno from puberty. What I suspect happened in your case is that you got gyno on your last cycle but on noticed it now. Did you recently start dieting? If you have high body fat percentage, it's easy to not see the gyno because your body fat is so high.

Yea, does sound like gyno symptoms to me. Try running some nolva first and see how it goes. Then jump to the full anti-gyno protocol if you aren't getting results.
