Haven't trained in a week and my diet's gone to shit. It fuckin sucks. I'm gonna train mon, tues, and wed next week then I go on vacation so this really killed my progress. At least when I get back it'll be a fresh start. I'll do a couple more weeks of phase 1 then move on to phase 2 (hopefully not getting sick AGAIN lol).
im still working on making my cd man lol so many people are asking for it lol im lazy, i dj in the club all out and when im home i dont want to do nothing but RELAX! hahaha but ill see what i can dig up for sure bro dont worry
