My problems are trying to make myself do cardio, sleep and snacking lol, I hate cardio and I find that when I get home from school I snack on things rather than cooking a proper meal, also before bed I dont always have cottage cheese to have and I get kinda stuck for things to eat. Also at school Iv had lots of coursework and not really had enough sleep, usually 7 hours a day.
Im getting some more whey soon so Ill be able to make some protein bars to have at school. I just find I dont like a big enough variety of foods aswell so I tend to be eating the same things all the time and then get sick of them...
So right now while Im trying to eat a bit less Im stuck in the middle, Im not loosing weight and Im not progressing on my lifts lol so I either need to forget the whole thing and gain strength again or put more effort in and loose some BF. I just find it all so hard.
I do 30 mins cycling at a brisk pace, not too fast but not at a lazy pace in the AM, 4 days a week
I then do 20 mins fast cycling with some max effort sprints in the PM, 4 days a week
I hit the gym 3 days a week and Im on the original bill star 5x5 right now.
