  • Man! that sucks! I have been having ear problems also,i think it's wax buildup the eardrum at times keeps thumping like it's trying to push the wax away, aggrivating for sure, i'm gonna try an ear flush.
    I hpoe it works ,sometimes it make me get so annoyed!

    garlic chicken baked is the best.
    cant quit eating it, even though it is the chicken my fat roommate left. lol

    it's been a brutal week here, trying to get training on a reg. basis along side of redoing the house,exhibitions,and touring it is rough!

    My problems are trying to make myself do cardio, sleep and snacking lol, I hate cardio and I find that when I get home from school I snack on things rather than cooking a proper meal, also before bed I dont always have cottage cheese to have and I get kinda stuck for things to eat. Also at school Iv had lots of coursework and not really had enough sleep, usually 7 hours a day.

    Im getting some more whey soon so Ill be able to make some protein bars to have at school. I just find I dont like a big enough variety of foods aswell so I tend to be eating the same things all the time and then get sick of them...

    So right now while Im trying to eat a bit less Im stuck in the middle, Im not loosing weight and Im not progressing on my lifts lol so I either need to forget the whole thing and gain strength again or put more effort in and loose some BF. I just find it all so hard.

    I do 30 mins cycling at a brisk pace, not too fast but not at a lazy pace in the AM, 4 days a week
    I then do 20 mins fast cycling with some max effort sprints in the PM, 4 days a week
    I hit the gym 3 days a week and Im on the original bill star 5x5 right now.
