Not really, been on holiday for 2 weeks, and got two more holidays coming, diet has been shit, no cardio and the gym on the holiday site would have charged me £15 a week to use it and they said Im too young to use weights I would only be allowed to use treadmill/stationary bikes. Before that strength had been going up and BF very slowly coming off but not much mass gain at all, mass gain has been slow since I started lifting though...
