Wrong, there will still be a decent amount of exogenous test. You're not supposed to wait until it is 100% out of the system to start pct anyway. The general rule is to wait for the half life which is 15 days in this case.
That's great but there is no logic behind it either way.. you will still have exogenous test 21 or 28 days after.
Only on day 3 or 4 of epi, so might be another week to notice any strength.how is epistane for strength bro? cuz its pretty cheap compared to the other ph's....

hey gamer, how do you like doing bb incline and regular bench in the same workout? I was gonna switch them every week but id rather keep bench in every week.
Maybe you are ovrtraining your arms, you already do alot for chest and back, could try cutting out a couple arm workouts. I know your on the shitbut it could be a possibility.
Thats the only problem.. I only did one triceps workout on chest day and no biceps work on back day.. lol..
So overtraining is out of the equation..
Also, me and Ace bench wide enough to where we use the most minimal amount of triceps use, much wider than most people who bench and we use straps on our back workout, which minimise biceps and grip usage.
Well then you are right no way they're getting overtrained. "I'm sure theres a perfectly good explanation for this". Maybe add some preacher curls and skull crushers? Altho that epi is probably not going to like those skullrushers. I went from thinking overtrained to undertrained.

Your arm lifts are strong yes, but you got to admit your leg/back workouts are way more impressive in comparison, chest are great too but dang man your leg/back workouts are the most impressive IMO. Mean all that in the best possibly way bud. With that said I think you could do more weight on those arm workouts I mean look at your back workouts lol have ya tried bumping the weight up recently?

dude if they're not growing you need to switch things up, start doing diff exercises on arms day and see what will make them grow. just don't keep doing the same shit if they aren't responding
