Wrong, there will still be a decent amount of exogenous test. You're not supposed to wait until it is 100% out of the system to start pct anyway. The general rule is to wait for the half life which is 15 days in this case.

When you have 1200mg in you, you wait 21 days.. Like myself.. I am waiting 28 days after thursday.
 
That's great but there is no logic behind it either way.. you will still have exogenous test 21 or 28 days after.

It does make sense because the esters clear by the day. Jut like you start pct 2 weeks after your last e pin. esters are still there..

I can rep 85lb DBs for shoulder press, so my front delts dont suck, it is the mil press that is killing my joints.. That and 75mg of epi.. cant really get the mil press up if it kills me to go over 135..
 
Only on shuolder day when my joints really hurt, I am good ever other lift..
 
how is epistane for strength bro? cuz its pretty cheap compared to the other ph's....
Only on day 3 or 4 of epi, so might be another week to notice any strength.

My joints were dead by the time I hit PCT Gamer... they started feeling better two weeks into PCT and don't didn't bother me after that. Just fight through it and better days comin lol it will be worth it. Curious to see if Osta helps...

I'm running Osta,i feel it is non suppressive so you can run as planned all the way thru PCT and afterwards. Good luck!

hey gamer, how do you like doing bb incline and regular bench in the same workout? I was gonna switch them every week but id rather keep bench in every week.

Well, it for sure hinders your incline bench a ton, but the way my chest looks, full, wide, thick and proportionate, i aint compaining.. My chest and back are my centerpieces.. Getting my legs on par and arms liteally dont respond to shit..

I like it though, activates all chest fibers that way.
 
Maybe you are ovrtraining your arms, you already do alot for chest and back, could try cutting out a couple arm workouts. I know your on the shit :) but it could be a possibility.

Thats the only problem.. I only did one triceps workout on chest day and no biceps work on back day.. lol..

So overtraining is out of the equation..

I am sure you already know this but I am just throwin it out there. When you are doing all those sets of different bench variations and all those back workouts you are using your tri's and bi's as secondary muscles. I was reading this, its more about increasing bench but has a couple things I didn't know it there about the other lifts you are doing on chest day.

Your diet is great, your taking alot of "supplements" and the rest of your gains are good, I don't believe it is your genes (could be wrong) cause your other measurements speak for themselves. Everyone is different maybe you are one of the people who do not need to isolate arms in order for them to grow(with good genes anything is possible)? PS: first link helped me hit my recent max of 265lb reg flat bench. I am not as big as you I am only 165 lbs but got 16' arms and decent max for my weight, hopefully 1 of the links I posted will help you somehow

PS#2 lol: Before I knew anything about lifting all I ever did was bench/bi's 2x a week lol. I have seen it work for some others like me not so well, The switched over to chest/tris for all of highschool, the 2nd link I posted gave me an idea tris/bis I have added half and inch to my arms in a lil over two weeks. So maybe your body needs something different every once in a while, maybe do smething like a few months chest/tris ad then a few months tris/bis?

Also, me and Ace bench wide enough to where we use the most minimal amount of triceps use, much wider than most people who bench and we use straps on our back workout, which minimise biceps and grip usage.

Well then you are right no way they're getting overtrained. "I'm sure theres a perfectly good explanation for this". Maybe add some preacher curls and skull crushers? Altho that epi is probably not going to like those skullrushers. I went from thinking overtrained to undertrained.

They arent under trained either lol, go look at my arms lifts, and they are strong.

My dad has naturally big, muscular arms, I have no idea where I got my arm genetics.

By naturaly do you mean he didn't juice or he just had them without lifting? If he lifted maybe ask what he did? Your arm lifts are strong yes, but you got to admit your leg/back workouts are way more impressive in comparison, chest are great too but dang man your leg/back workouts are the most impressive IMO. Mean all that in the best possibly way bud. With that said I think you could do more weight on those arm workouts I mean look at your back workouts lol have ya tried bumping the weight up recently?

dude if they're not growing you need to switch things up, start doing diff exercises on arms day and see what will make them grow. just don't keep doing the same shit if they aren't responding

I change up all my workouts every week man.. They get stronger, they are just the slowest growing muscle groups on my body..
 
I remember doing behind the neck military presses 185lb behind the neck to failure with my old gym partner to spot. Well, some nice poon walked into the gym about the same time as failure and my spotter was checking her out. The next thing I knew, I had 185lbs fall on my kneck with the barbell still in my hands. It took me a month to recover. Needless to say I had to bitch slap my gym partner, even though he was 20lb of muscle bigger then me. He knew he was wrong..ha,ha

Epi is still at 75mg---- epi makes me look so dry and vascular, especially when I am lifting and pumped.. I am loving it.. I do get muscle cramps and pumps on it like crazy though lol..
Starting HCG next week and Osta in 2 weeks.
