Bro if its a poll I know my ass is beat, but I'm cool with that, make it a poll. And I agree our abs are completely diffrent, mine are bigger and yours are more cuts everywhere. Thanks for your comments on my jackedness, you're a very good guy, and I consider that a very good compliment coming from you bro. And every guy on this board can only hope to be in the shape you are, when the young whipper snappers get to be your age. Thanks Again bro.

what you're saying is true..a lot of people around here (seem too) dislike you..and i'm not really sure why..it's the e-world for chrissakes..at any rate, it doesn't really matter, i would have done this to myself with or without you..it's just more fun when you have someone's balls to bust along the way..plus, i knew you would put some level of effort into it and then post up pics..and, i'm happy with my results..i'll be 46 in a couple of months and, back in my 20's, i couldn't have imagined i would still look this "presentable" at my age.

where are you going tomorrow, by the way? vacation or work??
 
very hard to tell cause your abs are differant shapes...

the question is, what are better abs? thicker or more cuts?

Thanks bro and for the age diffrence, Digi is the man I give my ngr props. Im still bigger Digi, don't get it twisted, but you are amazing dude. I hope we can continue to motivate each other in the days to come.:D

meh...i dunno...i'm predisposed to be a bit soft in the middle, i suppose...but, i have lived a low-carb lifestyle for a number of years now, and i stay pretty lean year-round...i allow myself to drift about 10 pounds during the fall/winter months, but that's about it...so, i'm around 225 in january and i'm around 215 right now.

and, it doesn't really take that much work...it's a combination of consistent diet and exercise.

what's your diet generally consist of digi? and what cardio do you do?
 
Digi is all natural too.

diet? this is a typical, non-cheat day (clicky on linky below)...

cardio? i use the elliptical machine or the rowing machine or a spinner bike for 20 or 30 mins, pre-workout or stand-alone (sometimes i'll just do cardio and abs and get the heck out), 5 or 6 times a week.

sometimes for "fun", i'll use the elliptical for 4 mins, the rowing machine for 3 mins and then the heavy bag for 3 mins...then repeat...and i'll do it at fairly high intensity, non-stop for 30 to 40 mins, or until i crash...fun.

Less hair on his makes things more visible too. The pose to show of abs the best is when you put one of both arms behind your head shows of your intercostals and obliques better.
