Same shit happened to me. I just called needto up on the phone and he took care of it.

Look for a mail man who got considerably bigger in 1 month and go Thug Life on that *****! Make sure he is in PCT, so u have a better chance of winning.

Dont you hate being an honest guy who goes to work, earns his money fair and square to primarily make ends meet and hopefully have enough left over to get something they would like with there hard earned cash and some fuck steals it. Kill em all i say :P

Fuck me. I ordered 15 bottles of Dieselbolan and my mail lady took all but one bottle. If you see her I want my Diesel. Here's her picture.....

hell, I've got the solution NeedTo needs to have have his packaging state the products are for STD's and are to be handled with care!:mix:

I had never had that happen to me until yesterday. My guess is that it is someone at the post office from where it is originally being shipped from. I have read many other threads from other people saying their products were stolen too. I know my mail man personally, he is an old guy...I doubt he would open one of my packages. This package was torn on the upper right hand corner of the package, just enough to fit someone's hand in there...then they just tucked the torn part of the envelope back in...it pissed me off and the post office just gives you the runaround...

Needto is taking care of it for me like he has for the others who have had their shit stolen...I know you dont have to Needto, but you do. I really appreciate it. Like I have told you before, you have a loyal customer here.

That's the problem, there have been quite a few of these threads about people getting their supps "stolen" by their mailman. Not saying you're lying, I just have a feeling some people have, or will notice a pattern and start saying this.

Guarantee a lot of people have taken advantage of needto's generousity.

If too many of my packages got "opened" and stuff "stolen", I'd start to get a little suspicious. Luckily for you guys, I dont sell shit. :p

yep bunch of bs. we get it ocasionally to we just go by the delivery conf. if it says delivered we do nothing. if it doesnt we refund.

it's bs for people to play off of needto's generosity.. they need to experience the rule of the face.. for those of you who don't know, gentlemen in my refer to it as this...

shoot any living mother fucker in the face enough times and it will go the fuck away.. whether man or beast, it will leave..

Ha. I go on a case by case bases. Once I feel I have reached my limit of bullshit for the month I just start ignoring people who say there pack was opened. I have reached that limit this month. So next person to say (the mail man took my shit) well ya better go have a talk with your mail man.

If the pack says delivered then its delivered and its no skin off my back after that. TEE HEE

Like I said its case by case depending on if the feel like believing some one or not. Because I don't have to and its not my fault.

I have a refund/reship quota for every month unless its 100% my fault this quota has reached its limit :heart:

It's so weird, it's got to be someone close to the shipping end. Because it happens to people in different states, so it's got to be someone close to the origin.

The last 3 packs I've got from need2buildmuscle have all been torn open. Luckily nothing was ever missing. It's like someone opened it said damn it's beastdrol, I've got enough of that now, looking for diesel and katana. And then pushed the pack along.

doubtful..

There are cameras monitoring all the packages going through Post offices, and sorting facilities.

It's more likely that the packages can be torn or ripped in the sorting machines, but even then they'll seal it back up in an new envelope/package, and this is even pretty rare.

I still say people are working needto for free shit.

lol thats a good point bro.

okay, upon some further research... I've found a few things...

A) The Postal Inspector needs no warrant to open a package if they find it suspicious. Sometimes they tear a corner so that drug dogs can sniff.

B) The post office has antiquated sorting machines that can sometimes rip open packs and envelopes. It is possible that this happens, the bottles fall out of the packs when they are on the conveyor or when they get dumped into the roller. Once it's out there is no way to tell where it belongs.

C) Someone knows what they are looking for and are really stealing and stocking up on need2 products. Although from what I understand, for a postal employee to do so, they could get 5 years in jail per incident. Not a risk most people would take to jack something worth $50.

It's fucked up nonetheless... Although I lean towards reason B as the real situation of what is going on.

Wrong, Priority mail needs a warrant to be opened.

It's possible, but doesn't happen that often. when it does happen the put all the pieces, including the original envelope/package into a new package w/a letter

Not to mention they're paid pretty well to start with, and it's a retarded risk.

Re: The Mail People Strike AGAIN!!!

I feel you on this... I sent some stuff to my brothers back home and it never arrived... had the address on all 4 sides of the box and the post office people have no idea where it went... f the US postal service.

I ordered some stuff before they run out...got home from work today and the envelope had been opened! Some asshole took a couple of my bottles!!! I am pissed!!! WOW thats bullshit, just go's to show what people will do when they see a package that says Need to build muscle on it

1500's response

K-9's do not need any package ripped open for them to be able to detect whats inside a package. If a K-9 is called and the packaged is sniffed, the dog alerts to the odor of narcotics, then the package can be opened AFTER A SEARCH WARRANT IS OBTAINED. Tearing the package is in fact opening the package, and any case that you had would be thrown out because you've violated the suspect's right to privacy b4 you've even attempted to obtain a warrant. So this theory is out the window for why these packs are supposedly opened.

Wrong. K9 is called. If he alerts the need for a warrant depends on the state. In my state, if a dog alerts you then have PC (probable cause) to search. In new mexico, you can see the dope in the house and all you can do is secure the house, you then need a warrant... It's on a state by state basis. And trust me, the k9 doesn' t need the box torn open. You walk in mcd's and smell the hamburgers... fido walks in and smells mustard, grease, meat, spices in uncooked meat, the man behind the counter, what he had for breakfast, and the fart he let out an hour before hand.. k9's don't need to have a package torn open... one of two things is happening.. people are seeing "need to build muscle" on the package and opening it for themselves or postal serice is seeing it and claiming it is suspicious. Although, on my package i received last i saw no indicators of criminal activity.. NONE.. i will not tell anyone what they are, but they weren't there..

other than those two things, people are ripping needto off.. if I were him, I'd change the label or something...

USPS is FEDERAL, not state.

Now if they hit on a package that is not PRIORITY, they can open it. but being priority you have to have a warrant.

End of discussion

hwydopehound, I dont know if you're confusing my response with sonicwaste's that i quoted, but you basically echoed what i said about a K-9 being called and it not being needed to be torn for the k-9 to smell whats in the package.

The USPS, is under federal jurisdiction and therefore a search warrant for MAIL will not vary from state to state. If a dog alerts ON MAIL, (PC now exists and thus the reason that a search warrant can even be obtained) a search warrant MUST be obtained before the package is opened. This will NEVER vary.

Of course in other Probable cause scenarios, regarding houses and vehicles, yes that will vary from state to state. A dog alerts to a vehicle in NC, probable cause-search entire vehicle without a warrant (vehicle exception rule). A dog alerts on a vehicle in PA- search warrant must be obtained b4 searching the vehicle. Lets not get off topic though.

here, just to shut everyone up. This is taken right off the US postal inspectors website.

Can Postal Inspectors open mail if they feel it may contain something illegal?
First-Class letters and parcels are protected against search and seizure under the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution, and, as such, cannot be opened without a search warrant. If there is probable cause to believe the contents of a First-Class letter or parcel violate federal law, Postal Inspectors can obtain a search warrant to open the mailpiece. Other classes of mail do not contain private correspondence, and therefore may be opened without a warrant.

I didn't need to search the Postal Inspector site. I already knew because Im so so smart.

Shit. What was I thinking? Yeah, your right, USPS definately falls under federal. I still doubt they are opening needto's packages though. Dogs aren't going to alert on his products, unless he's smoking pot while he's packing it up.... lol

I just received 4 boxes and none damaged. Of course, my post man looks pretty flabby, so I think he wouldn't even know what the stuff was.

I hope people are not working him for free shit...
I can only speak for myself, but I have no need to work people over for $100. I am not a scammer. I work long and hard for my money and am a firm believer in karma.

okay, I was wrong in my theories. :sulk:

Still weird though that my and a few other peoples packs were torn open on the side, with nothing missing. I can't understand that.

3rd world.

I had one of Needto's softpacks look pretty mangled by the time it got to me. Nothing was missing though. I got another package that was insured and was in a priority box. the box was fine, the stuff that was missing was just never put in there, but needto took care of that.

I would find hard to believe the mail carrier would take something. Its possible it was ripped and what was suppose to be in there just wasn't put in from the start.

I think honestly, no offense but the only time I do not add a product is when I do not have one. I happen to be the main shipper for needto and I attempt to stay on track of everything and email the noted email addresses when I do not have something in stock that was ordered.

The packages take a huge beating while in the sorting facility. We have received some envelopes that come back looking as though they have been beaten the crap out of. I am going to assume his order was in an envelope as those would seem more likely to open rather than a box. The mail men/women are not taking the products. It is probably falling out of the packs and then thrown into a box semi related to a lost and found junk collector box. They do not know which product goes in which envelope so it is hard to determine, and they cannot place it back in the package and reseal. The postal service workers is not going to risk a job and also the chance of federal charges for taking some products..

I am just going to assume it got beat and the envelope lip opened. That is all.

I just received my order today. The package was TAPED THE FUCK SHUT!!! I had to use my hunting knife to open it. If the sorting machines are ripping packages, holy hell, we just found something to replace waterboarding..... Game on!

haha. Yes, I tape them more often just to ensure that we have no more customers who receive empty envelopes.

You ever run into your mailman?
Every one i've ever met is fuckin weird, lol.

No offense to anyone on the board whose a mailman.. your probably normal. haha.

yeah ive received a few packages now and both times the box and the envelope have been pretty beat up. The envelope had a hole in it but nothing was missing but i can easily see how people shit gets thrown out in the sorting facility.

Although, on very rare occasions, I've received an opened/damaged delivery via the postal service (usually resealed in a different envelope with an enclosed letter of apology), it's never happened when I ordered from needto.

Of course it gets thrown around and beat up in the sorting facility. Envelopes are more apt to open up as they are softer than the boxes and they pull tabs open so easily.

However, we have since taken appropriate steps to ensure that the envelopes that we use do not open up. We now not only seal the envelopes but we also tape the tops so as though the pull tab cannot be ripped off. This way we can be sure that our products will make it to our customers instead of them receiving opened envelopes without content.

Some of our customers have even gone as far as to state they had to use a knife to open their packages. lol

im still waiting on my package/s. hope everythings there!

even when I get a little backed up and people get there packs a little later then the lighting fast speed they always do. They open there packs to find lovely presents  in the end its always the best experience I can provide.

lol damn thats alot of boxes. what do your people that send them all say when you bring that many?

Lol, are you kidding me??

Haha, they have my schedule down. they know I generally go there the same time every day. We drive around to the back of the building and ring a buzzer, they then open the garage doors and have the pully ready for us to unload onto.

They enjoy it and talk nothing but praise and happiness, very good people.

Haha mine luckily had nothing but a crease.

I have seen many other packages delivered out of there sorting centers like that
