Here is how its going to work. The contest will start march 25th and run till jun 25th

You have from now till march 25th to join the contest. In order to join you will need to post a recent pick of yourself before you can join. Post a pick in this thread and then say you wish to sign up. I will then write down your name

This contest will be for over all body change. the judges will take everything into consideration so please do not kill this thread with details. If you are already in good shape we will take this into consideration when it comes time to judge the results for every one.

Rather then have everyone vote on the winner I have assembled a group of judges.

slat1-he is already a professional judge.
RADAR- a well respected honest man who has been with us on ef for years.
ironwings- we have to have a womans thoughts :D

and in the event of a tie brake I will be the final judge.

This is a real contest with real prizes guys. Prizes are as followss

This is just what i need bro!!!! I just got back in the gym. Is this contest all natural or will it include AAS. I know where its posted so i know the answer just thought id ask. Im in... ill post pictures soon...

I may enlist in this, seeing as how I am planning on starting my first cycle in 3 weeks (var only). Well see how this works out.

Needto: Have a cousin of mine that had to move in w/ my family due to an "economic hardship". Down on his luck and trying to better himself and I think this would be perfect for him. I just got him into the gym w/ me and started him on a diet and lifting program that I created that never fails. I just wanted to check w/ you first to see if he would be able to enter this contest since I would have him set up an account today. If he cant enter no big deal, I just thought that after I pushed my "GFWGD" speach (GOD, FAMILY, WORK, GYM, DAILY) that this contest would give him the determination that he once had, before he got, well FAT. Oh, and since the contest starts March 25 - Do the pictures need to be from that date moving forward - Or can he post a photo now and his photo be considered his start photo? The goal we set for him: current - 5'9 - 23%bf - 190 - TO
5'11 (Just Kidding) - 9 to 10% bf - high 170's.... Natural, nothing but good diet & Training all this in 90 days. Let me know -

Yes he can join. And any photo some one submits not till march 25 will be there starting photo. So if anyone wants to get ahead of the rest feel free to do so.

You will not be in the contest till you have posted a pic.


the prizes are only going to grow as the contest moves on too guys.
 
I'm in. I will probably be on a lifetime bulk so my goal is just to add size.
 
Man, LOL... I will have a pic in by march 25, the earlier the better for. I plan on dropping many lbs..... many..... many many....

We do not have enough prizes to split the categories bro. So the non juicers will have to bring it if they want to beat the juicers.

It will be interesting to see if some one who is non juiced smokes the juicers bwaahahaha. Be honest though if you will be juiced or not because we will take this into consideration when judging..

Now we got a comp going on yaaaaa!!!!!!!!

Hey Guys, I just joined your Site! Great work! From reading the forum threads its looks like you guys are all a great group of friends to ask questions too.. I definitely would like to join this contest with you guys. Not that i think i'll ever have a chance against you guys, but its just that much more motivation in the gym! I'm also just about to start a cycle myself, so if anyone would be willing to give me some tips and ideas on my cycle and diet i'd be greatly appreciative for any input. I will get some pictures taken soon! Again, great site! And look forward to getting to make some new friends! :-)

Thanks Need2. I was thinking about this idea the day before I say this thread, so yeah I'm stoked to see who takes home the luggage full of goodies. Me and staff does not want to be some distant sponsor that just throws a banner up, but actually be apart of the community.
