True, you have to watch yourself. I don't really get many sides from anything. I am on anadrol right now, and everyone was saying how it is going to suck ass and be unbearable and all this other garbage which scared me out of even considering it. I thank alcatraz for talking me into it, because this shit is off the hook and I have no side of any concern to my health.

Extra body weight in itself promotes high blood pressure and other complications that extra weight brings.
Everyone needs to monitor themselves while they are on. If you don't see any issue of concern, it is safe to increase the dose. Once the side effects become too much, you know you have hit your limit. Also, a higher dose is not even necessary if you are making great progress anyway.
