Cyclo Tren Week 3 of 8

Today is actually day 19 of my 8 week Cyclo Tren Cycle. I will post each week for those interested. I have not used any prohormone/steroid/prosteroid for close 4 years. Just some 1AD/4AD with 6OXO several years ago.

Week 1 Stats: 6'00" 202lbs. approx 12% BF (not great but not bad)
-2 Cyclo Tren/day for 8 weeks followed by Sustain (5 pumps/day) for 30days.
-Diet is relatively clean
Sample Meal 1:
10egg whites 1 whole egg
1 cup slow cook oats w/1 teaspoon molasses
1/2 cup almonds
1 piece fruit
16oz. coffee splenda sugar free creamer
(Supps:Cyclo tren, Osteo BiFlex, BCAA'a, Flax, Multi, Whey, glutamine)
Sample meal 2:
2 lean Chicken Breast
1 large yam/sweet potato
1 cup broccoli
Sample Meal 3 (cheat example)
Spicy chicken from Wendy (NO MAYO)
Frosty (mmmmm)
Dry baked potato or Chili

I also use Secretagogue at 1 packet right before bed. Yes, probably does not secret GH but if you read the profile it seems to have possibilities for recovery support.

Week1: Nothing noticeable from CycloTren (CT).
Week2: Pumps seemed better/fuller. Muscles feel harder. No difference in bodyweight.
Week3: As suspected this was the key week. Strength is up. Pump is great. Muscle endurance seems endless on exercises such as delt laterals (30-35lbs. for 12 clean w/ little swing...seated) Focus and muscle contraction are stronger. Bodyweight up to 206. I suspect it was up a few last week as well.

Workout Split (Cardio is StepMill at intervals for 16 minutes then 15 minute bike 4x week)
Monday: Delts/Tris/Abs/Cardio
Tuesday: Back (width, chins,etc.)/Bi's/Cardio
Wednesday: Legs/Abs
Thursday: OFF
Friday: Chest/Side Delts/Tri's/Cardio
Saturday: Back (Deads/Rowing)/Cardio/Abs/Bi's
Sunday:OFF

I'd suggest bumping the cyclotren to 3 caps ED. Throw in some havoc the last 4 weeks, and your gonna be loving life!

Thought about the Havoc but decided to go straight CycloTren. Actually, I have been sitting on 2 boxes of old school Halodrol-50 for over a year now. Was thinking about 4 weeks H50/1 tab day, or, H50 cycle later this year or early 09. I will "bridge" with creatine which has always done great for me.

I'll have to incorporate some Liver support if I decide on H50, but prob save it for later.

I'd use it if I were you.
 
You'll notice a significant difference. I started at 2 ED, and then bumped it to 3 and it was night and day.
 
Should you just start with three monster per day or do you need to increase and then taper with these things?
 
I have noticed several people talking about not adding the havoc till the last 4 weeks of the 8 week cycle of cyclo-tren. I have been on both for the past 22 days, should I stop the havoc till im 4 weeks out from finishing my 8 week cycle of cyclo-tren?

Havoc is very liver toxic bro...that's why it is not recommended to run it more than 4-6 weeks
 
Now I am pretty amped to start 3 caps per day...would sides increase at 3 CycloTren per day? I plan on just Sustain for 30 days (5pumps/day) for PCT. Should I add anything?

Did legs yesterday and, again, strength is up. Muscles definitely looking harder. Can't tell if leaner though. Possibly leaner in my upper body around delts, pecs, and lat area. We shall see.

Also, what is more liver toxic, Havoc or Halodrol-50?

what is your diet like? training routine? what dosage are you taking?

You should definetly be noticing it by now.

Havoc is liver toxic, and supressive. Stop it at week four, you can run the cyclotren out til week 8 if you so desire, but I would keep it simple and end your cycle at 4 weeks. Your body will recover faster and you'll be able to run it again sooner. That's just my opinion though
 
I eat 400 grams of protein a day and get most of my carbs from veggies, also consume 2 gallons of water daily. My workout's are insane I go hard and heavy everyday. Im already extremley strong 500lb bench 650lb squat and 800lb deadlift all raw. I take 1 capsule of each before breakfast and another dosage before workout about 10 hrs later.
 
up your dosage to 3 caps per day of each. That's what I ran, and a lot of other guys on here did as well. All had great experiences.

You lift 7 days a week?
 
One week I'll lift 4 days then 5 days the next week and etc. Do I take 3 a day of each on workout days and NON? Should I space the dosages out every 5 hours? Thanks.
 
Take 3 Everyday.

You can space them if you like...some people say it keeps a bloodlevels steady.


I however just took 2 in the am, and 1 pm (this is of each).

With cyclotren you should have started sweating like a whore in church after about week 1.
 
Monster is 4-6 caps per day. Cyclotren 3-4 per day. You should definitely throw in the Halodrol 50 into that cycle and you will get amazing results.
 
man i am reading and reading threads on different boards on all this superdrol and pp stuff,,it was confusing enough sorting out the right aas cycle,now there is all this designer stuff to compute!!!need some paracetamol,.my last post on this subject cos i am prob doing your head in with all theses questions!!why would anyone take these products like superdrol or dermacrine instead of the real thing ,like test?.is it cos theres no need to pin?is it cos its safer cycle?is it to give your body a rest from long test cycles???

Some people can't afford the risks of running the illegal stuff. Some people don't want to pin. And some people feel that since they are legal they are in someway "safer".

Everyone has their reasons, and "designers" and the the "real deal" all have their place in BB.

Not the best answer, but that's about the gist of it.
 
WEEK 4 Update:

Ok, just finished up week 4 at 2 caps/day. Weight is up to about 207-208 from 202. Strength is certainly up but not ridiculous. If anything is feels like muscular endurance is endless. Pumps are solid and muscles much harder.

I still appear to be getting leaner but more so in the upper body and arms rather than mid section. Also feel aggrevated a little bit from time to time.

Is it possible I could be shutting down on 2 caps/day? I am getting hints that my libido could be suffering a bit. I plan on running Sustain at 5 pumps/day for 30 days after Cyclotren.

I'm considering finishing up at 3 caps/day and cutting my cycle to 6-7 weeks instead of 8 weeks at 2 caps/day. I like the gains so far so might stay at 2 caps.

What can i expect from Ssuatain at 5 pumps/day for 4 weeks? Can I expect to keep gains recover pretty evenly?

i did 4 a day for two bottles and loved the stuff. i am currently doing Sustain Alpha for my PCT. only side i really got was minor bacne

My reasoning is "evaluation". I can order over the web with a credit card, no Customs/Narcs, pins or large financial commitment. This is the easiest way for me to evaluate my body's condition at age 47 and maybe make up for some damage done earlier in life (i.e., shingles, protatitis, extreme stress, muscle wasting) ...all of whiched took away much of my previous gains.

If there is mild to moderate success with my "legal" cycle, ...then I may take a walk on the dark side. If there are minimal or no results, ...then I can toss it all in the trash without buyer's remorse and move on.

You did four caps of cyclotren ed? For one month? Did it help get as lean as you are? Did you do higher volume training, or heavy with less sets?

4 caps for ~6.5 weeks. i used heavy ass weight......what everybody should use!!!!! :evil:

i get lean b/c i have a good diet
