What's the big deal with having karma or rep power on these sites? I never remember to rep or add karma to anyone on a forum.

If I like someones post, I will say "I really appreciate your advice; thanks!" lol.

Besides, you see people on the sites enough, you learn to value their advice not by karam, but your subjective view of their knowledge (and I guess) kindness.

Even if Tatyana or the (late) Guardian have 0 karma, u'd value their advice
